Fantastic breakfast

The place

The room was very modern, but not sure about the rest of the hotel rooms, as the hallways gave off an old smell. The dinner and breakfast was great.

Great hospitality and great dinner

What I Liked: The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The dinners served every evening were exceptional, with a variety of delicious options and outstanding desserts to finish off the meal. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the overall experience even more enjoyable. Our room was spacious, with plenty of storage space, which was a big plus. Additionally, the wellness area was nicely designed and offered a perfect place to relax after a day on the slopes.

While the breakfast buffet was good, it would have been helpful to have more information about alternative options and a clearer overview of what was available - For example, having an option to order scrambled eggs though they were not in the buffet. Regarding the sauna area, it felt a bit unusual that only towels were provided instead of sheets, which might be a local custom but differed from my expectations. It would also be great if the hotel included more detailed instructions or guidelines on sauna etiquette, as many guests might not be familiar with the proper practices in such settings.

The staff was very welcoming and kind. The apartment we stayed in was amazing, spacious, with very comfortable beds and it had everything it needed. The location was perfect, close to the shops, cafes and restaurants. One of the highlights was the dinner with four courses, which were very diverse and tasty. We also enjoyed the pool and sauna areas a lot. Overall, it was a great experience, and we can't wait to be back again. Big thanks to all the warm staff, who made our stay even more likable.

Friendly staff. Good breakfast and dinner. Location is good. Walk to train station and bus stop to go to ski places. Room size is ok with comfy bed.

We had an amazing view of the mountains from our room, and apart from it being a bit cramped in the bathroom, the size of the room was really nice. Breakfast was also good.

It seemed like they were understaffed. Usually there was no one at reception, and one time I had to wait 30 minutes before anyone arrived. There were no apologies for waiting so long. In the room there was information about spa treatments, but as these were not available anymore, this information needs to be updated.

This hotel is the perfect location for the Dolomites visit. It is close to the transport which travels to various parts of the area. Some of the busses were included in a free bus ticket, given to us by the hotel. It was extremely close to the supermarket and the town centre. We opted for the half board option both meals were tasty and filling. Our room had a fridge and a heated towel rail. The car park is safe. We used the pool which was a good size. All staff were friendly. Overall we were pleased with the hotel.

Manager attention. Cleanliness. room confort. Breakfast was super excellent. Dinner was very good. The fact that they have an elevator, Parking. Location.

The only thingh that I couldn't find was how to control te temperature in the restroom... probably my fault.

The staff were so friendly here. This was not the case in nany other places in the area. Breakfast and dinner were fabulous and we enjoyed a swim and sauna.

No drying facilities

Everything about it. Facilities, pool, saunas, steam room, etc. were a huge plus. Breakfast and dinner included as well. Great deal. This is definitely my go to hotel.

Amazing service and staff. The breakfast and dinner was wonderful. If I had realized how special this place was, we would have stayed longer.

The lady who ran the hotel was kind and helpful, a truly example of hospitality. They went above and beyond to make our stay lovely!

location was great and hotel itself is very nice. loved little swimming pool and sauna and half board option was fantastic. Highly recommend it and food was delicious.

BUT I won't recommend if you have a children. My kids (10 & 7 yrs boys ) were very unhappy with lady who never stop staring us and told us to 'shhh' every time my kids were talking. I didnt read reviews before booking this place and it was non refundable so cannot change.
