We loved everything, only thing i would day is a new mattress for the bed, it rolled into the middle, but was ok and slept well

We loved the trulli, it was absolutely stunning, the area was on a busy street which made it even more nicer, everyone was making photos of our front door and front of our trulli, we had no problem with the noise, air co worked great, the shower with the colour changing lights were amazing. Parking was 10 mins walk, and arranged my the receptionist. Overall perfect

The trullo suite was absolutely gorgeous and comfortable. Nestled in amongst other trullis, the suite has two outdoor areas where you can relax and take in views of the surrounds. Perfect location for exploring the town.

Our room had an external door which lead directly on to the street - at night it was quite noisy and we could hear tourists outside taking photos late into the night. Often hearing kids banging on the door too. The noise tended to die down around 11-12pm but take ear plugs! While the breakfast was a kind gift, it was very basic and we were disappointed to see (throughout puglia TBH) disposable cups and plates being used. Breakfast was no good for any dietary restrictions such as dairy, meat and gluten. Would love to see more hotels catering to dietary requirements.

Such a wonderful experience staying in an authentic Trullo in the heart of Alberobello! Room was comfortable and clean with good air con. Communal roof terrace was very lovely. Staff kindly gifted us breakfast for our two night stay.

There was a lot of street noise and noise from the communal areas early in the morning (cleaners?).

We liked the roof terrace where we could enjoy a glass of wine while watching the swifts flying past. We liked the general cleanliness and the air con.

Located across from a fast food place where people gathered at all times of the day -so it was loud if you wanted to rest during the day. The tv did not work-the bed sagged in the middle badly

Humidity and slight smell of mold disturbed a little bit.

Terraces, 3 in total, which we used. Location was excellent. Everything was in excellent condition and nicely restored, nice to stay in true trulli. Parking nearby. Good breakfast.

With it being one of the most beautiful trulli, also comes the disadvantage that every tourist wants to pose and click pictures in the front. And it would be okay if they did this from the roadside, but they come right inside the door step, it always feels like someone is standing at the door and you'll have to keep the wooden door closed to help with privacy. It would be great if the management could keep a board saying private property or something right at the door. The day we checked in, the water heater was not working and remained so until the next afternoon. When we reported the concern we were told the whole of arberobello had this issue on that particular day. The water was too cold to even think about a shower, this did impact our experience negatively. A basic electric kettle and bucket would have helped us tremendously.

It was comfortable, beautiful, and very centrally located. We could walk everywhere. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby and complementary breakfast 3 minutes walk away. It was the most beautiful trulli and looked exactly like the pictures.

The facilities were top-notch and the panoramic terrace offered fantastic views over the trulli zone—truly breathtaking. Perfect location, close to everything we wanted to see and the staff were lovely and attentive. Highly recommend!

The trullo we were in was accessed by others passing through to their trullo, very odd and not private not sure it was made clear on the website.

The trullo was in the centre of town so within walking distance to shops,bars and restaurants. We had a roof top terrace which was amazing as we could look out across the town. Great vantage point to watch the fireworks.

Fell in love with this authentic trullo♥️ So charming and in an excellent location. Trullo was spotlessly clean. We also had access to a private staircase to roof terrace with breathtaking views of Alberobello. On arrival Angelo greeted us and accompanied us to our Trullo. He was ever so kind and even offered us a complimentary breakfast. Thank you so much and keep up the good service. Will definitely be back 🥰
