There are relatively few power outlets in the room, and the refrigerator occasionally makes mechanical noises, which can be a bit disturbing at first.

I like the location of the hotel—it is close to busy areas like the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps, yet it avoids being overly crowded and noisy, which is important since everyone knows Rome is packed with tourists in the summer. The area around the hotel also seems to be quite safe. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room and bed are comfortable, and the Wi-Fi works well. The rooftop bar is beautifully decorated and has a great atmosphere.

The bed was not the best, considering it is fairly new hotel, they really missed an opportunity there. Rooftop closes too early, and honesty bar, too pricey, fancy bar prices if you were to mix your own G&T. Surprisingly noisy, though it is not the main thoroughfare, felt like there wasn't double or triple glazing. No full light blockout, which again is weird for a brand new hotel. Customer service efficient, but definitely not warm, even though hotel really has nothing much except rooftop to be snooty about. 10:30am checkout in hotels is now becoming deciding factor if i stay in a place, I find it objectionable that I pay this much money for 24 hour stay, cannot check in till 3pm, and check out this early. if it was some apartment, and priced accordingly, because they have some little cleaner coming in, OK, but hotel of this callibre in this price range, 10:30? A joke. Change it!

Good location, though a few metro stops and about 20min walk to key landmarks, if heat bothers you take that into account. Really beautifully decorated, lovely common areas, fab rooftop, with good drinks and decent small food, pricey but not obscene a la other Rome rooftops. Lots of power points much appreciated, great lighting and e-boards to regulate facilities in the room. Super quiet aircon, regulateable, which is greatly appreciated. Reception let me have slightly later check out than their ridiculous 10:30am check out, which was greatly appreciated.

The location of the hotel is excellent, we were upgraded to a bigger room upon arrival that had a fantastic view. The bed was very comfortable and the sound proofing was excellent. The staff were kind and easy to communicate with. Breakfast was wonderful as well.

There is a white string connected to a switch in the shower cabin. Apparently it's for emergencies. Don't pull on it. Nothing happened when I pulled on it, but just in case, save it for emergencies.

Greatly helpful, friendly staff. Free upgrade to a balcony room and discount on top of that too. Great atmosphere inside, excellent location. Breakfast was varied and plentiful on a classy rooftop terrace. Excellent A.C. and daily cleaning and towel replacement. Everything looks far more luxurious than expected.

Located nearby to the Trevi Fountain and a bit further to the Spanish steps. We had adjoining rooms located next to the breakfast area which was ideal for us in the mornings. Breakfast was great and not too large to be noisy. The rooftop bar was also delightful. Staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions we asked.

The rooftop bar could have stayed open longer and the drinks were a little over priced for what they were with non alcoholic mocktails charged at 10 Euros for a very small measure. The hotel also does not have anywhere to relax aside from the roof top bar so after 7.30pm you were confirmed to your room if you wanted to re,as in the hotel. The breakfast area was very small and a bit cramped but was workable just about.
