Because we arrived late, we had to carry all our heavy luggage up a flight of stairs. The property did state this in its listing, but we missed that critical detail. The space is otherwise perfect!

There is a flight of stairs before you get to the elevator. It was a little difficult for us because I have pain in my knee. But the staff was so wonderful and helpful. They brought up all our luggage and took back down. They were really great

Miscommunication between reception staff and us. Also minor mishap when on our last night, another guest closed a common door which meant we couldn’t get to our room for an hour very late at night. The staff member did the best he could, but didn’t know what to do. There really should have maintenance on call for situations or tools to be used when this happens and offer some refund or similar to patrons for the trouble.

The room is a cute boutique hotel style. The size was expected for that style of room and is all you need for a couple. The location is perfect. Quiet for sleeping but enough foot traffic for that area. Very safe and close to main tourist attractions. Clean and tidy. Bathroom very clean.

Coffee machine was a little hit and miss if it was working. But dialled for reception, and they would send someone straight away to fix.

Great location. Cose to the Trevi Fountain. Surrounded by beautiful restaurants and high-end retail shops. Paid for breakfast to be included, three different options, all delicious! Communication can be done via WhatsApp with reception. There is nothing too much for the staff. Very clean rooms, comfortable beds, great shower in the ensuite. Air con was fab. Great selection of channels, on the tv for some bedtime watching.

Spacious, modern, and clean rooms. Reception is only available a few hours a day, and you have to walk up some stairs with the luggage before reaching the elevator. They offer free assistance with early notice but I didn’t want to deal with that. The bed was a bit a stiff, pillows okay. Overall, great value for money but there is room for improvement.

The location of the hotel is excellent and very close to major attractions. The room was cleaned every day and was comfortable. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Stephanie was is outstanding and and provided help all questions and/or problems. She was the primary reason that our iphone was returned to us because we left in a cab. She called the cab company and the iphone was quickly recovered. The staff makes staying at the hotel particularly enjoyable.

The room is comfertable, the shower door doesn't open all the way and the stairs to the hotel is a bit uncomfertable. Also the reception time is only until 15:00 but the crew was available through whatsapp and very helpful with recommandations and airport transportation, I would recommand.

The staff at the Tree Charme Augusto Luxury Suites were exceptional. Stephanie was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was very clean and tidy - the room was serviced daily. The breakfast at the adjacent (connected) restaurant was delicious. The location of the apartment was perfect - if fit and able, you can walk to all of the attractions that Rome has to offer (and they are vast). Transport links (Metro) a 10 minute walk away - very close to The Spanish Steps (Spagna station). I would definitely stay again.
