The locations is great, close to all the restaurants, bars and the main beach. Our room was beautiful, spacious and had everything we needed. The staff was very friendly and gave us great advices on restaurants. Breakfast was simple but great with fresh products located on a beautiful terrace .

No lifts. If you have a lot of luggage or bad back you might want to ask for ground floor room.

Gorgeous room. Excellent spa bath, comfortable bed and amenities. Superb location. Parking arranged prior without hassle. Breakfast on roof terrace was delicious.

Nothing! But we didn’t realise beforehand that the two rooms we booked were in different buildings a few mins walk apart. Wasn’t a problem but would have been good to know.

The location was wonderful - stunning views and right in the old town. Great staff and lovely breakfasts.

The superior apartment was amazing - with the sea view, full of light and a bathtub facing a large window towards the sea. The staff was very responsive and handles restaurants booking on our behalf

We were in the ground floor room which has a frosted window that opens directly at street level , so quite a lot of noise until very late (2 am) . I would try a different room if I returned .

Nothing. Only people should know that the rooms are located in a car-free area of town and there are narrow stairways going up. It might be difficult to carry suitcases.

WiFi didn't work at all for us so no phones or TV smart apps. Also 1 bathroom and shower leaked all over floor.

Absolutely amazing!! Our room was overlooking the sea and a great size. Breakfast each morning on the terrace was nice. Perfect location to walk around Polignano, just next to the beach and restaurants

The room is ‘designer’ and totally impractical. No hook to hang your robe or a towel. Not one surface at normal level, nowhere to put down a toilet bag or your make up. The only mirror is smoked, so fairly useless. The bed is difficult to get in and out of. Looks fantastic but I think this would drive you mad after a day or two.

Beautiful room and what a view! I stayed in the room as it was just lovely - away from the crowds. I can’t comment about breakfast on the terrace as it was raining so it was brought to my room. The staff were very helpful and friendly in particular going out of their way to make a good restaurant reservation for me.

Our room was beautifully decorated but the only thing I can say it lacked was storage space. No where to put toiletries or hang up towels.

Location is perfect. Wonderful view over the main beach , Lama Monachile. Close to restaurants and cute shops.

The experience was fantastic from the moment we arrived. Angela, who was in charge of taking care of us, did an outstanding job — she was attentive and kept in touch by phone to coordinate our arrival time. The room was amazing, with its own private sauna! Breakfast was simple but beautifully served on the terrace, and the location — right in the heart of Polignano a Mare — made us feel completely immersed in the charm of the town.

Just very noisy as the window was facing the outside street. Maybe consider building a double-glazed window for the future? Not many options for breakfast as at 09.30 the pastry were already not available anymore.

The room and the staff were excellent! Very attentive with the little candle on the pastry for breakfast as it was my husband birthday, thank you :)

Everything was nice. The only comment is that our original room was on the ground floor, it was beautiful but you could not open the window that goes directly to the street. We had the option to upgrade.

The location was perfect. I got the option to have an upgrade with a sea view and it was fantastic. Beautiful.
