Everything seemed old and even though the apartment was cleaned every day it never seemed clean. We never felt comfortable staying there and the apartment was too expensive for what it was.

It had everything we needed in terms of furnishings.

The bathroom had a bathtub which was damaged and permanently dirty. It was taped with ducktape because there was a big tear and didn't look clean at all. This was the biggest problem, because it didn't say anywhere that it's damaged, and everyone in the apartment shares it.

The breakfast was just an espresso and a croissant which wasn't mentioned anywhere so somebody maybe wouldn't take it, but it was tasty. The staff was nice.

I don't like anything.The room is very dirty. You need to open the window. Mosquitoes at night.There is only one bathroom for all four rooms. The bathroom is not cleaned. We stayed in the room for three days and they did not come to clean it even once.

There is nothing inside that house that i like no air conditioning even a mere stand fan is not there the rooms were very hot no air entering even though we have open the door and the windows all day and night. We couldn't sleep a very bad experience... anybody book this place will regret it.

Near location to Tiburtina station, it was very convenient when the national bus strike happened, the owner answered immediately and organized late check in, for this price the place is really good and clean

I arrived at the facility in Rome from Africa. The facility did not give me any details on where to contact them. I however with the aid of Lesotho Embassy to Italy managed to reach the facility which did not have any signage on where they are. Upon arrival, I got the contacts from one lady who said she was a tenant there but the phone was unavailable. I therefore could not find accommodation with the facility though I paid them for 5 nights. I tried calling them the following day but still the phone was never available. To me this is just a scam where I lost my 455 Euros but could not offer me any accommodation

The property is on first floor, rooms aren’t big, but it will be enough for comfortable stay for couples or solo. Bathroom big and clean. Air conditioning and WiFi are available. Good option to stay for couple days. Train station and underground (Roma Tiburtina) aren’t far away from location.

The Place was not good it had no airconditioner in the room we were staying the kids could not sleep propert at night becuase it was at least 38 degrees this time we were here i would not reccomend and it day it was free breakfast but we never recieve any breakfast and the owner charge is 56 euro in city tax but it was already included in the price we paid in full in booking.com it was a scam i dont reccomend it

The property should be mentioned as a Bed & Breakfasts type property. There was absolutely no staff (except a cleaning person) available in the property to complete the registration process. The guests were forced to do everything themself in order to enter the property while standing outside.

There was no arrangement of breakfast in the property. It's a Bed & Breakfasts type of property in Rome, which is not mentioned in the booking.com. We were asked to visit a nearby shop for having breakfast. Further, breakfast includes only one Cornetto and a cup of coffee.

The owner of this place is a fraudster. When we asked for information to enter the facility, an extra 24€ tourist tax was requested. We were not allowed in without paying. You have no one to talk to. There is a facility owner who cannot speak English. It was said that breakfast was included, but there was 1 coffee and croissant ticket per person, and the cafe it was valid for was closed, so we couldn't use it. Common areas, bathrooms, rooms and beds were very dirty. I recommend you never stay. This facility should be closed so that no one suffers.

First of all I must say that owner completely doesn't respect his guests who pay him money. First night when we arrived 22:30 we call door and nobody answered so I thought it's okay because maybe he just rent but he doesn't live there what is normal but when we got into staircase by some neighbour and we were in front of door he wanted idiotic 20 euro charge extra only for that we came 30 minutes after 10 p.m what I didn't see anywhere in the world before but he and nobody was even at home to open the door. We had a problem with sending a money so we stayed almost until midnight to try to send him a money in another ways because he didn't want to say us the code to box with a key because it was problem for him to pay him money tomorrow or leave a cash in the room when we leave like you can do that everywhere. Finally when the payment passed and got the code to the box when we got into the room we saw that in the wardrobe where you hide all clothes were dust everywhere. Another thing it's broken window which was taped. There is also rust in the bath. The furniture are also very old. Walls were completely dirty in the room and not painted mybe 20 years. I don't recommend to anybody this place. Please pay little bit more money and choose better standard and owner. 0/10

This accomodation is just scam. You cannot recognize its just hostel so you have only your own room. But bathroom and kitchen you share with 4 other people. To be honest, except the location of the flat there was not a single good thing. Even though I let the owner now the time we will arrive to check-in he just didnt show up. We must have paid the roma tourist tax online and after 50 mins of waiting the owner finally gave us code of the keybox and room number. Funny thing was the key of our room could open all other rooms where other people were living. Breakfest was ticket to the cafe across the street and we got a croissant and coffee. I just dont understand how anyone could call that a breakfest. Rooms were dirty, bathroom as well. Bath was taped with a tape. I really didnt want to use the towel it didnt smell well. Conclusion - very disapointed and could not recommend to anyone.
