Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

GreeceYou need to hire a car or to call taxi's for your transportation. The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere and there's nothing to do around. No shops, no restaurants. The shuttle bus service of the hotel to Molino Dorino Metro station, is unreliable. It is supposed to run every one hour, but it's never on time and you always need to call the reception to remind of your appointment and inform them that they have forgotten you, for more than 20-30 minutes. The staff is very kind, but it seems that there's something wrong with the operation management.
Clean, modern design, quiet with descent breakfast and very kind staff.

United KingdomRather than a dislike as such I would be cautious about the location for conferences. There is a shuttle bus that get you to the nearest metro station - which means you can be in Milan city centre in around 30-40 mins. You do have to book the shuttle bus in advance at reception and on the way back. There is a shuttle to the conference centre offered at times but this unfortunately was not the conference centre I was based at (MiCo). Public transport to MiCo is complicated and will take around an hour, taxis are very expensive in Milan so I would cost this in if staying here. However if staying for leisure and central Milan - the shuttle bus service worked well once I realised it needed to be booked in advance.
The hotel was lovely and comfortable, the pool was a great addition! Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good with a fair amount of options. The beds were really comfortable as well! There’s a 24 hour reception so convient if you arrive later at night.

United KingdomWell the Spa, is an extra cost which was not advertised on the site. And it says shuttle service, but this was from the hotel to the nearest metro only AND it had to be booked and sadly wasn't reliable. For example we booked 08.30 service and we didn't leave to 09.00. But I think this was because the reception staff didn't ring the driver (despite the driver having our booking on his phone). When I asked them where he was, they said that they would ring him now (why didn't they do this earlier). The hotel bar was closed, couldn't access it at all. And it is difficult getting back from Milan. Milan was lovely, but taxis were difficult to get back in the night. I will return to Milan but advice is, stay closer into the town.
Room was clean, cleaning staff were lovely.. The lad who was on reception at night, was very, very helpful

GermanyThe hotel is located in a tower (14 floors) next to a few similarly-looking towers. Unfortunately, except the hotel tower, all the others seem to be abandoned and partially vandalized. There's a lot of broken glass lying around, and the whole area looks quite unfriendly, especially in the dark.
Very nice hotel with super friendly staff and great facilities including an underground parking (10 EUR per night), a swimming pool, a gym, and more. Nice view at the city from the top floor.

United KingdomMiddle of nowhere… very far from city centre. I thought it was close to the MiCo Milano Conference centre, but it isn’t. It’s also quite far from the nearest metro, but they provide a shuttle hourly from the hotel

IrelandThe pool was very cold, there were no changing rooms. We only had 2 large towels for the two of us in our room. We could have done with 4. We had to use our towels for the pool as none were offered up there. There was no fresh water left each day in our room.
It's good value for money. Very quiet at night. Outside the city centre but they offer a free shuttle bus to the metro which we used each morning and evening. Offered a good breakfast. Gave us little Easter eggs on Easter Sunday. Reception and breakfast staff were very friendly and welcoming. Great tea making facilities in the room also.

PolandDespite being a bit outside the city center, this hotel is definitely worth its four stars. We didn’t use all the available amenities because we mainly needed a place to sleep, but overall we were very happy with our stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. There’s a shuttle service from the hotel, and the bar offers drinks at really reasonable prices. The surrounding area might not be the most charming, but public transport is about a 15-minute walk away, and there’s a shopping mall only 5 minutes away by car. One of the biggest pluses for us – the hotel is super dog-friendly! Pets stay here for free, which is amazing. I initially thought parking cost €20 per night, but it turned out to be only €10 – the parking is well-designed and we had no issues at all. The rooms are nice and clean, maybe a little update would be great (like bigger TVs or smart TVs), but for us, they were more than enough. We stayed on the 7th floor and had a beautiful city view – no complaints. Daily housekeeping was excellent, and the ladies were very kind. We even received a small Easter gift, which was a lovely touch. We didn’t try the restaurant since we ate out, but for accommodation, drinks, and the overall service – we definitely recommend it!

BelgiumTo start, the rooms were pretty hot and there is no way you can control the temperature. Despite the cold outside, inside it was as hot as an oven and no way to open a window to ventilate the room. The gym and the pool are great, but you are not allowed to use them before 7 a.m. Which is a shame. To finish, the location is pretty dangerous if you come by car. Never stop your car outside, otherwise you will end up with a broken window. Pay the expensive fee to park your car in the hotel's garage.
The facilities are quite modern. The staff is very kind and the breakfast is delicious.

ItalyA bit too far away from the center, it took too long to get there by taxi. Would have appreciated some hanging space close to the entrance door (for the coats) and in the bathroom (for the clothes)
The hotel was good, the room had a great view, easy parking, lovely breakfast.

United KingdomToilets flushing was a miss and go. Room temperature could not be controlled. I was in a room which was constantly at 26 degrees....too hot. No real choice for vegetarians and the bar had nothing available. No disarrano, no cranberry juice, no lemonade. Swimming pool was good but not showers so had to walk to our rooms dripping...
Breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. WiFi worked well.

United KingdomThe food was awful, I asked for this meat steak thing… what they gave me was undercooked and when I asked to cook it again they seemed to give me a microwaved version which tasted like rubber. The restaurant staff - our dinner server was inattentive. I think she was distracted by a child who has sitting playing a video game. However we felt rude calling her to help with our orders. Location - middle of no where
Staff we mostly polite and attentive which was fantastic. The room was a good size and of a very good quality. Travel - they have a shuttle which was brilliant
