Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaI stayed for 2 nights during my visit to Rome and I cannot fault this hotel at all. The staff were warm and friendly from the onset and everything from the ridiculously comfy bed to the quality choices of tap-ware was impeccable. Breakfast was a delight and the wellness room was a welcome sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of the nearby Via Del Corso (albeit a great place to shop). I like to stay in a new hotel each time I visit a city but this place will be hard to pass up next time I go to Rome 10/10

The staff were super friendly from the moment we arrived and helped us with all of our questions, including some recommendations for dinner in Rome that evening. They also upgraded our room, which was very comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was fantastic. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Rome.

QatarNot a negative just a comment - for us tourists that drink alot of water it might be beneficial to replenish the drinking water a couple times a day ( even if you use the waters from the lobby fridge rather than the more expensive bottled water).
Small boutique hotel done very well. Staff was excellent! Marta gave us so many great recommendations for drinks and food ranging from small local cafes to drinks at the Bvlgari, and every restaurant recommendation was fabulous. The team also took care of making a few bookings for us. Even though it’s small it has the 5star service. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. In case others are wondering, they have a spa but no gym however you can use a gym for free if that’s something you’re looking for. We will be back!

It is a brand new hotel therefore everything is amazing and the services provided are above expectations. But what stands out is the staff, from the check in with Lorenzo (that gave us a double upgrade), to Sabrina and her colleague responsible for the breakfast making all effort to make us feel at home and enjoying (even changing the music to have an Italian environment) and all staff that provide us with welcome amenities, chocolates every evening and a farewell touch with a fruit plate. A true paradise well located in Roma city Center where you can enjoy a true luxury small boutique hotel

IsraelThe jacuzzi wasn't working even though it was promised it would, the breakfast can be a bit more generous in its offerings, considering that this is a luxury hotel ,it should have more luxury options like a pillow menu, more complementary offerings for the guests given that the hotel facitlies are limited since it is small (no gym for example)

United KingdomThis hotel exceeded our expectations. It is brand new and we were the first guests so the hospitality was top notch. The room was amazingly decorated, the bed incredibly comfortable and the bathroom/shower a dream! We were welcomed with a bottle of fizz in our room and fresh flowers. The breakfast was also great and the staff were incredibly helpful and approachable. They gave us recommendations on restaurants to visit in the city and we were able to have late check out as well at no extra charge. The only thing that wasnt ready yet was the spa so check before you book if its important for you to have a spa in the hotel. Thanks again for the hospitality Goethe!

SwitzerlandAt checkout charged us for something we didn't order - obv. didn't checked all bills for my signature before presenting. Hotel interior looks like it was ordered on Temu - not at 5 Star level. Room and hotel interior was plastic and low quality material, not worth at this expensive rate. Balcony facing the middle of the building - no view - just plumbing.
Staff was friendly, but not on 5 star level. Room was ok.

The service was simply unacceptable — the staff showed a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy, with a particularly negative highlight for the receptionist Diana, who was rude and disrespectful on more than one occasion. The breakfast was extremely poor, with very few options and questionable quality, completely inconsistent with the price charged. Overall, the service falls far short of what is expected from a hotel in this category. I felt unwelcome and extremely dissatisfied. I will not return and absolutely do not recommend it.
