How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The shower temperature oscillated every 10 seconds from cold to warm and backwards. That was annoying and uncomfortable. Breakfast ends at 10 am and is not plentiful of choices. You’ll have the basic, and it’s only reasonable, not good. Check out could be at 12:00.
The room was clean and, even though it’s not so big, it’s not so small. Bathroom was nice. Comfortable bed, good bed linen, good central AC, quick elevator, parking included, gas station just by the hotel, nice reception and the staff were kind. I only stood one night to fly from Florence, it’s good if you gotta catch a flight and stay close to the airport. I don’t know if there’s much to see around if you’re a tourist, you’ll be not close to downtown Florence.

shoul be cleaner in restaurant. It' far from railway station
A nice room, but the bathroom is in slightly worse condition. The cleanliness of the bathroom is also lacking. The restaurant is more neglected and dirty; the food is good, but the tables are dirty. The staff is moderately friendly

The breakfast facility opens too late for the location of this hotel. I think this hotel is booked for it's location, to enable an easy travel forward which must accommodate early travelling requirements. My plan was to get on the road at 6:30, so I went down for breakfast at 6:00, but it wasn't opening for another 30 minutes, so had to give up breakfast in order to get in time to the destination. There is a coffee machine in the lobby, but it is accepting only coins, and I had no coins to buy a coffee. Thank to the gentleman at the desk, he exchanged a note into conis so I could have a coffee before I hit the road.
Clean and comfortable, as expected, besides breakfast facilities opening time.

Dated facility. Small elevators. A little too far from the city.

The location wasnt the best, taxi each way was 37 euro each way. You must take a taxi to get to the Florence. The hotel is quite old.
The reception staff were great, the restaurant was really good.

Very old and exhausted hotel. Not possible to get Italian pizza in the hotel restaurant.

Hard to access by tram, train or taxi. Every taxi can charged $30 euros to go 7min from there.

No air con in lift or hallway. Towel on the floor in the hallway.There was no shampoo in the shower. Check-in staff was efficient but not very friendly. No smile, not personable. No discussion tourist tax had to be paid in cash upon checkout. I'm not sure if water in the fridge was complimentary.

Just off the motorway,adjacent to a motorway rest station,big parking place. A big lobby with a wending machine for hot/cold drinks,a very friendly reception,clean big bedroom with a big double bed and a big window with a city view,clean bathroom and towels.Good and surplus breakfast.

The place has not been updated and had a 1970s modern feel. It does need some upgrades to bring in line with 2020 standards. There was work going on which made access to the elevators a bit challenging with luggage.
The location was close to the Airport at Florence. It was chosen because it had all night check-in and with flight and taxi delays this was important. I did like the cost as well it was an affordable place to stay for a few hours before going into the city proper.

I ask the receptionist to wake me up early in the morning, but I never received the call. It was an extra alarm in case my alarm didn’t work. Luckily my alarm worked well.
The place is comfortable and close to the airport.
