Small room for 3 people. Somebody drank our bottled water from the shared refrigerator. Bed is hard, can't sleep properly, it's like no cushion.

Well is nothing like the picture.Way old ,way different the room that the one we saw online.It says is one big bed and other one small .but it was two beds together with gap between and an other one .the shower has half door.

It is at very good spot and the girl at the welcome was very kind and helpful

This is a room only with no facilities i. e cups kettle etc and wasn't the most comfortable or cleanest place I have stayed at but for the money it was good. So if you only want a place to sleep this is worth it..

The location was good, close to the Metro and some nice restaurants.

The mattress was not the best with the springs but you can manage to sleep on it.

The room and bathroom is clean and functional. There is a cupboard for hanging up clothes.

Bed was very uncomfortable, could feel the springs in the mattress and the pillows were very lumpy. Room was very small and shower was pretty bad.

Approximately a 30 minute walk into sights like the Trevi fountain, Colloseum etc. Felt safe in the building. Was okay for a cheap two night stay.

Check in process a bit confusing (wouldn't have been able to check in if we didn't have data/whatsapp to call the host). Bathroom doors very squeaky. Don't allow for luggage storage after check out.

Good location, decent beds (2 single beds put together to form a double), great AC unit.

When we got to the place, we needed to contact the host on whatsapp but we didn't have mobile data, we tried to call directly but we had no answer. We also knocked on the door upstairs and ringed th bell downstairs but we got no answer. That was really tough because we didn't have access to internet at that time and we were in the exact place but we couldn't get in. In the end it was resolved but it wasn't a pleasant experience to get in.

The place is well located, around 30 min walk from the termini train station. It's clean, the room is big enough.

The place was very clean, but it didn’t look clean. Our host was it incredibly sweet and very helpful.

Did location to everything was great not far from all that Rome has to offer. But for the price you’re not getting much. Looks like it hasn’t been updated since the 70s and the bed was pretty springy and hard to sleep on

An air conditioner is supposed to heat the room, we set it on max, but we were still freezing all night (February). Blankets were thin and kinda dirty...

It is, of course very tacky and very messy. The colors and the condition of the stuff is signaling a very lazy owner. There are ugly notifications glued on dirty scotch tape everywhere. And the general tone is bossy and rude: "don't do this. No guest". The manager who spoke to me via the app was not very good in communication. A very easy fix would be for the guest house to start sending a simple single check in message with all the info. Instead I had to ask for it a few times and only got in, because there was an English-speaking physical receptionist in place. The doors are thin and the window has a piece or a Plexiglas in its upper part pretending to be a window. So it is not very quiet. But good enough. Again for 40e/night it's OK. But the place is not clean, appkiences are not working well and the check in can be a bit of a hiccup.

The reception lady, who conducted the check-in was pleasant and had spotless English. The room has had a nice view and the flare of being a nice room some 20 years ago. The price of 40e/night was just about ok for this room. The towels and the sheets were clean

The bed was quite uncomfortable and the room was very small, felt smaller than the measurements given. The walls were very thin so could hear everything through from the hall and other guest's rooms. We did not sleep very well when over. Also there was no bin or ironing board in the the living space.

The staff was friendly and the location great. We were able to walk everywhere. Check-in was smooth too even though we arrived late.
