Free water to camp residents whilst using the facilities would be a nice touch, as would keeping the bar open later than 7pm for camp residents. We were there towards the very end of the season, which meant very unreliable weather. Whilst the rain didn’t stop any of our enjoyment, in fact it added to the experience, you are in (glorious) tents, which does make things feel a little damp. It didn’t affect us, but it might bother others.

Welcoming, friendly and efficient staff; great location and wonderful experience, I’d revisit in a heartbeat! Lying in a heated bed whilst listening to the rain fall on your canvas ceiling is special ☺️ We even used the hot tub in deck whilst in a rainstorm! Felt truly relaxed ☺️ My anti-aging facial was magic, it may not have made me look 20 years younger but I felt it! 😂

It was very cold at night, even in May. Needs blankets available in the rooms, heaters in all the rooms, and rugs on the floor. The WiFi didn't work in the tents. The restaurant doesn't open till 8, which isn't ideal for families.

Beautiful surroundings. The tents were gorgeous and spacious. The thermal spa was great. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The dressing gowns are super cosy.

It was far too cold in the tent. The small heaters were not sufficient overnight. Electric blankets were provided but if we were not in bed, we were very cold. The spa on the deck was too cold to enjoy too, probably only around 35-36 degrees. I would have stayed in the hot public pool but the pumps were turned off early evening. I was looking forward to staying in under the stars but without the pumps the water quickly cooled down.

The property and tents are beautiful. The hot 41 degree pool was amazing. I didn’t want to get out.

Breakfast was relatively basic. For eggs and coffee surcharges did apply.

First time that we stayed on a Glamping location. The tent was clean and spacious. The shower in the tent was good. Tent structure was also good. During the night there were strong winds, heavy rain and thunderstorms, but the tent was of good quality. No water or draft in the tent. It was very nice to be able to use the facilities at the Termes, in particular the hot water pool.

First the facts: we are well experienced with camping and tents. We had a luxury tent. 346 euro for one night. we came in a rainy day mid April (bad luck but not rare). 1. They have no solution for heating the tents. (manager words!) theh gave us a small non efective stove. we had to stay in with our coats freezing. the only way to overcome was entering into bed fortunately there were electric blankets. 2. shower with lukeworm water. no possibilty to put the soap and shampoo in. very small and water not going down. 3. dinner in the restaurant. what a shame. we had 6 dishes. 3 of which were not edible. Rigatoni were no chewable we got a better version but the Code fish and the falafel (what a joke) were so bad we had to reject with no refund. 4. the next morning we woke up in the freezing tent to the sound of workers fixing the near by tents with drills and shouts. Summary: for many - staying in a tent is a one in a lifetime experience, but the truth is that with very good marketing these guys are taking advantage of the clients. For sure this is very far from a luxury experience. I realy consider to appeal on legal terms for a refund.
