Unfortunately the air conditioner required repair while we were there, however, it was a minor issue and resolved within a couple of hours.

This is the perfect place to stay in Greve, overlooking the square. The private terrace was amazing, so nice for breakfast or an afternoon drink. The room was very nice and the staff were lovely. I can't imagine a better place to enjoy this wonderful town.

The pillows were extremely hard, but that might just be the norm in Italy. There was also a fragrance that was very strong of perfume in hallway that gave me a headache.

Located in the square and easy to get to everything. The apartment was clean and lady who let us in was very nice. Breakfast was decent-sandwiches, coffee and pastries.

The warning against Saturday parking in the municipal lot on Saturdays should be better published. I got lucky that my car was left in the middle of a fruit market as opposed to being towed. I'm not saying it wasn't published at all.... honestly I don't know, but it wouldn't hurt to double down on the warning.

Our host delivered an exceptional variety of foods, exactly to our order, every day. Baked goods could not have been fresher and coffee service was excellent. Shara is a true find as a representative of your company

The bed wasn’t comfortable for us as the bed was too hard. The outside area was small but lovely. Would have been much better if we could have seen the square rather than the plants/flowers .

Everything was brilliant

The property overlooked the central square. The hotel is really clean and really quiet, the rooms are well decorated and the beds were really comfortable. Good breakfast, you can eat in the terrace that overlooks the square and watch the world go by.

The property was very modern and clean. The staff went above and beyond to assure we were comfortable and could find the location easily. Access was simple and secure. And the square they’re located in is full of local vendors and restaurants! You literally can’t go wrong. A big highlight starting our day was having breakfast delivered to our Terrace. A nice touch.

The beds were very firm… so I had some trouble sleeping. No extra pillow choices.

We loved the location in the space of the particular room that we had. Our host was excellent, breakfast was good and they let us store our luggage while we walked around after checkout, which was really nice.

The location is right on and with a great view of the main square. The room is very nicely done and quite comfortable. Shana and Caterina were very kind, helpful and always available. Sitting in the terrace for a great breakfast was a nice way to start the day.
