To benefit from the great views, the property needs to be high up! The walk up from town is a stretch with shopping!

The privacy, location, pool and the gardens were excellent. All the staff were very accommodating and helpful, supportive and friendly. The scenery is speculator and the walking distance to main street is approx 15mins walk, which was very acceptable. The accommodation was very spacious and clean, the beds were very comfortable. Love the window shutters.

The only aspect of our stay that was not fantastic was the poor quality mattress. The bed was much too soft and made it difficult for us to sleep well.

Sorrento & Else provide a well kept clean self catering appeasement. The rooms were quiet, private and the splash pool was a wonderful way to end hot days walking around the city. The best part of Sorrento & Else is the view overlooking Sorrento and the whole bay. It was really beautiful.

The walk up to the apartment is quite steep, and can be tiring in 30 degree sunshine . However it’s a small price to pay for the views.

Apartment was beautiful, everything we needed was provided, even pool towels and flip flops!!! The views of Sorrento are fantastic, the pool was amazing. Sabrina and Augusta were fantastic hosts, extremely friendly, and full of information and handy tips!!!

Only a very small thing which was a slight inconvenience was only having one key card. The Key card was needed to open the main gate of the property, the door into the reception and also the door to your room, so if one of your group took a walk or went to the pool, it was a bit of a hassle for them to get back in as the key card was also needed in the room for power for AC etc. But this is only a very small thing and the only thing I could fault this property for which says alot!

Everything exceeded my expectations! We loved our stay here, did not want to leave. The views from the property are unbelievable, probably the best we seen from anywhere in Sorrento. The pool is perfect for cooling down after a day exploring the city. Staff were super friendly and were always available for any queries we had. We also availed of the free shuttle service upon check-in and check-out which was very handy if you have heavy luggage. The property is only a 15/20 minute walk from the main street of sorrento, very doable. Yes there is a bit of a hill, but for the views and this property the short walk up the hill is worth it! I would definitely recommend this property, I have already convinced family members to come stay here. I could not fault it.

Not a ‘dislike’ but it is a bit of a steep walk up the hill to get to the property. That said, the ocean views from our room were spectacular.

We were a family of four, and had a one bedroom apartment. It was a very good size and bonus was it had two full bathrooms! The property was exceptional clean, nice kitchenette setup and the pull-out sofa bed was comfortable. We had a sea side room with a long balcony that stretched the length of the apartment. Chairs and a couple bistro tables outside to enjoy our morning coffee. There is also a shuttle service to/from the city centre if you don’t feel like walking.

We had the most amazing stay in Sorrento at the Sorrento & Else Apartments. Sabrina was a stand out staff member and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was just perfect. The view from the balcony in the mornings was so beautiful and having the pool to cool off in makes the spot. Sabrina and the team operate a shuttle drop off and pick up into the main square which is such a treat. Sabrina & Augusta were more than happy to recommend restaurants and places to dine. Highly Recommend!

Beautiful apartment, with even more beautiful views of the mountain. Came to Sorrento for a wedding and so glad we stayed here, the apartment was close to everything. It is a little bit of a walk to get up there but manageble 😊. Augusta was so lovely, helpful and informative on any questions we had about the area. Rooms were big, big bathroom, good size kitchen with all we needed if we cooked there. Had a nice size pool although we didn't use it 😊Fantastic hostess. If we ever came back to sorroento, we would definitely stay here ✨

We stayed three nights, Fantastic communication, Sabrina and Augusta looked after us so well and offered information and helpful assistance whenever we needed it. They were happy to organise a vesper that could deliver and pick up again for a discounted price. They have a pick up and drop off shuttle service included in check-in and check out. The views are absolutely stunning, the pool and Hydro spa is just perfect temperature so clean and well maintained, the gardens were exquisite, very quiet and serene, the location is great and offers free parking for Vespa. The bed was so comfortable and the room incredibly spacious. Air conditioning works well. We are sorry that we weren’t able to stay longer. We look forward to returning.

The stairs to the property can get difficult and tiring for the elderly.

Perfection in terms of customer service and friendliness - our host, Sabrina, was especially so helpful with arranging a shuttle for us, providing useful tourist information and ensuring we had a delightful stay. And the views of Sorrento Bay were amazing from up high on the cliff. Our room was also very clean and had all the amenities we needed.

What an absolute hidden gem! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sorrento\&Else. The rooms were spacious, modern, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The pool area and the surrounding garden felt like a private oasis. And as for the view… absolutely incredible, one of the best views in the whole of Sorrento! There is a slight incline on the walk to and from the centre of Sorrento, but it’s really nothing too strenuous and takes less than 15 minutes on foot. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, which made our stay all the more special. A heartfelt thank you to the Sabrina who helped arrange my boyfriend’s proposal — the room was beautifully decorated, and we’re so grateful for the part they played in making it such a memorable occasion.

The only unexpected thing about this property was that it is at the top of a steep hill that no cars can get to.

Loved everything.

This property is a little outside of old town, up on a hill, so very little traffic noise even with windows open. The view is spectacular with Vesuvio across the bay of Naples, the garden space to lounge is spacious and beautifully maintained. We enjoyed a glass of wine out here more than once. The bathroom is luxurious, especially being in Europe, large shower, double sink vanity and a jetted tub. The room is bright, but can be darkened dramatically with the electric blinds/shutters. Bed was comfortable and this was an easy place to just rest a bit. The walk to the shopping/restaurants/old part of town was about 15 min. Coming back you are climbing a hill, but the views are beautiful along the way and we never minded. You could higher a taxi to take you up, but we were working off our meals so not in the plan😂 Coffee maker is the room, lots of pods to keep it coming! The staff were super helpful, and branches for our transfer from the port to the then on arrival and to the train station on our departure at no extra charge, lovely. As getting luggage up and down from this location would be a challenge without a car.
