Music by the pool was a bit loud when doing excerise in the water.

Animation for kids was really good. Our kids enjoyed and we really appreciate all the effort that the members put in the evening show.

The food from the buffet was okay but I found it below average for Italy. There was very little offer for snacks between lunch and dinner. The air conditioning in the room was all the time at 26.5 degrees and some nights it was quite uncomfortable to fall asleep. The staff at the reception tried to lower the temperature of the air conditioning but it didn’t work out.

The property was very clean, all the staff were super friendly and very helpful, and the pool was great for children and adults.

Pool closing early (19.00), private beach was full of sea weed, not usable for bath. Spa is not usable with young teens, no exceptions not even if empty...

Location as such, pool, drinks package for the meals. Many great beaches in driving distance by car. Beds in room very comfortable. Great service.

Location is limited…not able to walk to local restaurants if you haven’t gone for the full board option, definitely requires a hire car if you wish to explore the local area albeit local buses are quite reliable. The beach although private which is nice it isn’t really the best place for swimming and is covered in seaweed there’s lots of beautiful beaches in Sardinia, unfortunately this isn’t one of them.

The large swimming pool and the cleaning staff were great! The breakfast had lots of options and the entertainment staff work very hard and try to get everyone involved in the daily activities.

The all inclusive was not worth it all. Bread supplied twice a day as a snack, some fruit too, but hot from being in the sun. The drinks on the all inclusive list were very poor indeed. Only one gentleman at reception was friendly, everyone else made it seem like every question was a bother. The beach is not the best, but passable. The rooms were outdated too.

Very clean and the outdoor space was beautiful. The pool was perfect for families. The entertainment staff were exceptional. The food at the restaurant was varied and tasty.

The all inclusive wine was really disappointing. Appreciate cost is a factor but this was by far the worst wine we’ve ever been offered and it needs to be improved. I really wish all inclusive resorts would remember that customers are not getting free drinks - they have been purchased in advance. The floor show (run by staff) was a little disappointing. The staff did their best but some professional entertainment would have been welcome even if only occasionally. Many guests would grab sun loungers in morning and keep them all day even though they were not using them. Should be a way to prevent this.

Location and setting excellent. Beach very nice and great for snorkelling with many fish. Staff exceptionally friendly. The dancing after the evening show was very good.

The hotel’s location is poor. The town is small and lacks restaurants, cafés, or shops. Breakfast is very average, and dinner is definitely not worth €38 per person. The entertainment team puts in a lot of effort and is sincere, but the performance quality feels like something from a school play. The cocktails definitely need improvement – they taste awful. The only drinkable option is the Aperol Spritz.

The hotel grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. The staff is very friendly, and the rooms are clean and spacious. Also loved the pool area.

The only two things that could have been better were the food and massage prices. The food was good but too repetitive, and the dessert was often disappointing. The massages were also expensive for what they offered.

The facilities are great, and the spa was awesome (great price too). The pool, the staff, the animation, everything was amazing! Lots of tours offerings as well.

Felt the food could be improved a lot and is very expensive for what you get, 30 euro pp for buffet lunch and no other choice apart from bread at the bar which sits on the counter all morning, and because it's so isolated u either eat the food or hire a car, so either way you have to pay out somewhere, dinner is 38 pp which again for a family is expensive.

The food in general could be better with a wider variety. The food and drinks are a little bit overpriced.

Beautiful garden and atmosphere. Good location. The staff was very professional, kind and helpful. Excellent with small chirldren, our little girl loved the playground area and the little Zoo with the animals. Gym open 0-24 is a plus , also the night animation activities at the pool bar.

Poor WiFi other than public areas. Swim in sea not possible due to huge amounts of seaweed. A little isolated.

Breakfast is rather basic, I can't imagine having it for more than 3 days in a row. A weird thing in the bathroom - there is no soap in the bathtub, you have to climb out and walk across the room get soap from the shower. No electricity sockets next to the bed. A large step to enter the bathroom (10+ cm). Some parts of the hotel are worn, for example room doors don't close properly, you've got to slam them. And Wifi is a problem, but if you're from EU, mobile internet works just fine in this location.

Great hotel for families with small kids - there is a fantastic zoo with various animals including turtles. Our kid could spend hours there. The swimming pool is huge and is nicely decorated with real stones. Nice fitness room. Overall hotel ambiance is interesting in a good way, it feels special. Good beds!

We paid all inclusive but they would still charge us if we wanted a different drink from the list, to drink in a glass, to eat something in the pool bar, etc... So we didn't understand why they would call it all inclusive. But besides that, we had a very nice time.

The staff was amazing! Very helpful and welcoming. Also the hotel and staff is 100% pet friendly, we could go everywhere with our dog, and also had a welcome kit for him.

Sadly the ambience in the restaurant was dreary and, apart from the pasta and rice, the food wasn't very nice. It was often overcooked and cold.

Loved the location and the peace and quiet. I had a fantastic massage with Poalo. I was treated very well be the receptionist Francesca, in fact she was outstanding.
