Thé cleaning could be better, thé mattresses had a smell and the bathroom were a mess

Everything was great. Maybe the public transport is bad but is not problem from them.

The location is great and it has a good beach 500 m away. The staff is really friendly and the space is clean. It has a really cool rooftop bar. Greetings to the guys at the roof top!

Lift was strange.

Intereting rooms in the room. I am sorry we did not have time to explore a bar and terasa seats..was very funcy. Breakfast poor but sufficient for the hostel.

I did not like that the bed did not have any curtains so any body that passed near you could see you sleeping.

Parking was a bit tough, but manageable. The walk to the main beach and restaurant area was about 15 min. Not bad, but was a little long for tired travelers.

It was actually my first hostel ever, and it was fun in that sense. My wife, daughter and I got a private room with 5 beds. They had a great party terrace with a nice view, food and drinks targeted for young travelers. Would have been perfect for an earlier time in may life, but not really a family oriented place. No complaints though. Nice stay.

On site restaurant was reasonable and location was good. Room was very basic and shower rather small, but we were grateful for the cleanliness and quietness after an overnight flight.

When I was there lots of people left due to bed bugs and on the last day I found bed bugs in my bed when I removed the sheets.

The rooftop bar was great and the staff were lovely.

i’m not sure if the cleaners came into our room at all during our stay? difficult place for using public transport not close to anything really

i loved the roof top bar, was really essential with no food places being nearby and the prices are very reasonable. It’s a great environment to mingle with other people at the hostel. Other than that, the rooms ammenities etc are pretty stock standard.. nothing special about this place, typical hostel.

Dirty toilets and was missing soap.

They have the breakfast included, friendly and helpful staff. Great location, buses near the hostel and you are 30 min walking to Sorrento. They have air conditioning so that was cool. They have a terrace that offers cheap menus and it’s open between 5pm to midnight. Also they sell soft drinks, beer, wine, etc for a good price. Also they sell in the reception tickets for the buses and ferries. Lastly Bedroom was confortable and the environment was good.

The bed was comfortable, but not what I was expecting based on the pictures when I booked: no separations/curtains between beds, nowhere to store large bags meaning the room was a mess with people's things, small lockers that didn't even fit my day pack... The shower was good, but there was rarely soap or toilet paper in the bathrooms and most of the toilets didn't have toilet seats to sit on.

Great location, outside of Sorrento but close to the train station. Great rooftop terrace with views over the town and ocean.

Had an amazing experience. Such a social hostel and the staff were incredible, so lovely and friendly. Food and drinks were available to purchase and were super affordable. Over all we had a great stay

The clear shower doors & no toilet seats just the bowls were a bit unexpected & uncomfortable. You were able to organise taxis through the front desk, however staff quotes us 40€ each (2 people) for the drive to Nerano but we were charged 150€

Brekky included, towels/water/sunscreen available at front desk, & AIRCON was amaze !!!

It was ok staying in a dorm room because it mostly depends on who else was there. I was very lucky everyone wanted everyone else to have a good stay.

It was easy to get to train stations nearby and the area felt safe. Staff were friendly and shared info on good places to eat/drink/great views nearby.

Sleeping in a dorm is sometimes difficult but that’s just hostels unfortunately. Ear plugs and an eye mask work a treat.

We loved the rooftop restaurant bar area with very affordable food and drinks. Was great to be able to enjoy a couple of drinks in the afternoon. The washing machine and dryer was handy also. The location was about a 30 minute walk to the center of town, bus times are often unreliable however so we found walking the best option. Overall really good value for money.

The bathroom was bad. Always wet, no toilet seats, no hand soap, all the showers were full of mould. Either the AC automatically turns off in the night, or someone was turning it off.

The rooftop bar was nice. The rooms were decent, and the beds were fairly comfortable. Location was close to train station.

The hotel is clean, the staff is smiling and helpful, the room for two is small, but clean and satisfactory, they have a terrace with a bar, where it is very cheap, 5 minutes by train to Sorrento.

The bathroom in our dorm was not properly managed: toilet paper was run out a few days as well as soap. Some of the staff lacks adequate English skills which can be a bit issue if you have questions etc. beyond just checking in.

Quite peaceful location, comfy bed, nice terrace restaurant upstairs with some simple & cheap food, simple but good breakfast

Bedroom was so little and there aren’t shampoo nor conditioner hair.

Location and breakfast were good. Amazing view from terrace. Good prices for dinner. Carla helped us to find the best way to return to our house. We left bags there before check in and after check out.

The room I stayed in did not look like the pictures, the locker available was tiny and you can't fit your backpack or cabin suitcase inside which means you have to leave it outside all day. The bathroom was not very clean, and the showers were tiny with almost transparent doors.

The location and terrace are great, and the included breakfast is definitely a plus.

value for Money . Sorrento accomodation is overpriced . The Seven Hostel is a fair price . a shout out for 2 particular members of staff . tge blond girl on reception in the afternoons . she was very helpful . also Pepe .. I ran the bar on the roof and helped out at breakfast .. also friendly and helpful . my photos were taken from the rooftop bar in the hotel
