From the moment I arrived, this place felt more than just a hotel, it felt like a piece of Rome’s soul. The location was perfect, the room impeccably clean and comfortable. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was Cristina. With every story she shared about the city, Rome came alive in new ways. As someone from a culture not so far from Rome, I felt instantly at home. And when I return to this timeless city, I know exactly where I’ll stay again. Highly recommended.

Great location, just steps from the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, Termini, restaurants and bus stops. The hotel is extremely clean, they make sure the rooms are perfect every day. Cristina, the owner, is very knowledgeable and will advise on places to visit and routes to take. She is super sweet and very kind! Her staff is also great! It was a great place to stay.

Perfect location . Central and close to the colloseum . Surrounded by lots of interesting to see and plenty bars, restaurants and cafes . The staff were amazing , very friendly and couldn’t do enough to make our stay a pleasant one. The hotel is small but adequate with lots of charm.

This is the best small hotel I have ever been to in my life across the world, clean, safe, great room, great staff, great amenities, free water and coffee, central location walking distance from all attractions, and train station. Christine was generous with her time, recommendations and history conversation, she gave me magnets, and cookies, maps, suggested tours, let me have late check out. Amazing experience, simply unforgettable, I will be back, for sure and already recommending it to everyone

This is a fantastic new hotel almost across the road from one of the most beautiful buildings in Rome, the 5th century Basilica de Santa Maria Maggiore which is free to visit and well worth it. The Termini train is 6 mins walk and all the hop on / hop off buses and airport buses are right there also. The manager is so charming and helpful; Christine will give great tips for eating, all of which I enjoyed, plus alternative walking routes for wonderful exploring. She was delightful. The room is modern, spacious, cool, comfortable, spotlessly clean with lots of nice touches, toiletries, slippers etc…If you like a local and personal touch in a great location, this is a fantastic option.

It was a bit noisy for the first couple of nights facing the main street (very light sleeper), but the third night we switched rooms and it was much better.

The manager and staff were lovely, so kind and helpful. There was no formal breakfast, but there were loads of snacks and coffee offered which was a really nice touch.

It was not a problem for us but our room overlooks a Main Street and there was noise, however the windows were double glazes and earplugs were provided for light sleepers. We were too tired to worry about any noise!

The staff were exceptional! We arrived at 12 noon not expecting our room to be ready and the staff could not have been more accommodating until our room was ready. Very comfortable waiting area with water, tea or coffee readily offered. Our luggage was stored and we headed off for a few hours until the room was ready. Location is excellent as well. Very central to a lovely local feeling neighbourhood with easy walking to everything you could want for dining options etc. only a 10 minute downhill walk to the Coliseum. Could not recommend highly enough!

Just maybe if you are in rooms 11 or 12 shut the dividing door from reception to rooms on ground floor, as noise can travel but once shut it’s very quiet.

Great friendly and informative staff, I was upgraded from single to a lovely double room. Lots of little snacks and hot drinks you can help self too, daily free bottles of water.

Since it’s within the vicinity of most tourist attractions, you could hear the noise outside, although it tolerable. Compensated by the graciousness of Cristina and Luciano.

The room is neat and clean. Luciano and Cristina are excellent. I’ve been touring a lot, and haven’t seen a host as accomodating, warm and friendly like Cristina. She is the best!

Breakfast not included, but there was many restaurants around. Good location, less than 15 mins walking from the Train station, 5 minutes walking from supermarket. Room was small but tidy, worth the price. People were nice and helpful. Additional, slippers, shampoo were provided.
