Lift was tiny, could only get one suitcase in at a time and sometimes needed to queue for it. Located on top floor (6) with only exit a quite narrow staircase so if you're claustrophobic or a nervous traveller then this might not be for you.

Clean, spacious family room, aircon was great considering the heat. Well located in Rome to walk to all the main attractions

We did not dislike anything but check in details are important. Room is located on top floor of building. We received a gate code prior to visit and then subsequently the door code. Pay attention to check in details and message them back regarding your time of arrival. You will need both entry codes to get in. There is a small elevator if you don't want to take all the stairs.

We enjoyed our stay here. AC works very well and cools the room down quickly. This was important for us because we visited in August. The lady who served us breakfast in the morning was very nice and the breakfast was good (four croissants 🥐, two coolaids 🍹and two coffees ☕. . Area around the hotel feels safe and close to the attractions. Easy walk from the train station.

The location is fantastic, you can easily reach the Colosseum and other attractions on foot. Lovely restaurants and gelaterie for a night stroll. Clean rooms, a generous and delicious in-room breakfast, and very kind and helpful hosts.

The staff are super super friendly! A lovely breakfast is served. Location is also ideal and is a 10-15 minute walk from Roma Termini Station. My room had a fridge. There's a Tigre supermarket on Via Nazionale which is like a 2 minute walk around the corner and very useful. Remember when leaving the property to press the button on the leftside wall before you get to the gate... took me a while to figure that out 😀

Some people might not like the lift, only 2 ppl at a time. Big luggage might not be the best idea.

Very well located, I walked from Termini (small bag only). Easy to find and close to many places to eat & visit. Good breakfast served in the room. Good communication with Eldoardo & his mum.

No complaints at all. I paid 4 Euros less for the city tax due to not having enough cash, and the owner kindly covered the remaining amount. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Nothing not to like!

Walking into this property was like walking into someone’s home! The whole family loved their stay here in Florence, it was clean, cosy and comfortable and the kids loved the selection of pastries they got to try at breakfast. The host was lovely, and we had the loveliest conversation with her using Google translate! The property is also a fantastic location to go and see the sites of Rome, a short walk from the Colosseum and the Trevi Fountain with one of the best gelato shops in Rome nearby! We absolutely adored our stay here in Rome.

Small lift required a number of trips for our family”s luggage.

Friendly hosts who let us store our luggage for part of the next day. Nice big room and enjoyable breakfast.
