Only issue is was the car park on site was full at the time of arrival but the issue was sorted as we were directed to a public car park down the road that cost the same amount as on site parking

Full kitchen facilities available in apartments. This was really convenient as we able to utilise the fridge. Didn’t realise at the time of booking so was a nice surprised. Check in was easy and staff helpful directly from main hotel across to apartment. Air con was perfect!

Well - only the coffee for breakfast :)

We stayed at San Giusto for 5 nights. We honestly was not expecting anything special - just a comfort stay in Trieste. In fact the apartment was very comfortable - lots of space, large bathroom, nice kitchen - we didn't need anything else. Breakfast was tasty (well maybe the coffee could be better) but for this price it was really good. But there is one thing most important - people who work there. Form first contact we felt like guests who are welcome and important. We had an emergency situation with our son - we needed to call an ambulance and everytne from San Giusto was helpful, they stopped traffic at crossing and we really felt they care - we also recieved support after this. If we were to go to Trieste one more time San Giusto would be our first choice.

The provided car parking was full hence we had to park further from the hotel in the towns parking lot, no one informed us or asked us how we will arrive.

The apartment was nice and clean, good air conditioning.

Spacious, but that’s not enough for a pleasant, comfortable stay. It feels more like a mediocre transit location.

Outdated and worn furniture; one of the rooms we stayed in does not have air conditioning (only a desk fan, which merely circulates the air without cooling it, and is not sufficient for the rather large open space). Check-in is odd, as you go to the indicated address, where someone informs you via intercom that you need to go to the hotel for the check-in formalities, but without any details about where the hotel is, what you need to do, etc. The upside is that the hotel is very close. Parking is only provided if you find a free spot when you arrive, which highlights that they do not have enough parking spaces for all rooms, even though Booking states that private parking is provided.

    Spacious rooms.

A kitchen, without any dish soap or sponge. I don’t know how we would have used it.

The two bedroom apartment was spacious… two bathrooms too! The washing machine was a super bonus! It was so warm everything dried before we left. I don’t often use A/C, but it’s so warm it was wonderful to turn on the A/C and enjoy the cool. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Things to improve in the kitchen: a toaster, a watercooker, soap and brush to do the dishes.......in the kitchen very little space to prepare your meal. The appartment was cleaned, but could done better.

Nearby the old city, 25 minutes walk. There is a private parking. Euro 16 per day

The flat wasn't very well equipped in regards to the kitchen but then I didn't plan to prepare a meal there, so that was fine for my one-night stay.

It was convenient to be able to park at the hotel just a few steps away - where you'll check in. The apartment was large but also fairly bland. The location allows you to walk to the old town within 15 minutes.

More breakfast options. There were no vegetables, which we missed. Coffee was from a machine, which was not the best.

Clean room, big bathroom and quite comfy beds, even the sofa bed was nice. Helpful staff, city center is not too far. The residence and hotel has big parking garage.

Sofa bed and pillows could be improved.

We recently stayed at Residence San Giusto and were very pleased with our experience. The apartment had everything we needed—it was clean, well-organized, and comfortable. One of the biggest highlights of our stay was the incredibly friendly and helpful hotel staff. Everyone we interacted with was kind, welcoming, and truly made us feel at home. Breakfast was served across the street at Hotel San Giusto and was quite good, offering a nice start to the day. The location is very convenient: buses to the city center run every few minutes and take only 3–5 minutes to reach downtown. It’s also easy to get to Miramare Castle with one transfer. We used a daily public transport ticket for only €3.45, which worked perfectly. Another plus is the modern parking garage close to the hotel. It’s safe and well-maintained, with a daily rate of €17. In the area around the hotel, you’ll find everything you might need: cafés, bakeries, shops, and even a few gelaterias—great for quick snacks or a relaxed evening. The classic bed in the apartment was very comfortable. While the sofa bed and pillows could be improved, everything else fully met our expectations. Overall, Residence San Giusto offers excellent value, a good location, and pleasant and supportive service. We recommend it to anyone visiting Trieste and would gladly stay here again.

No option for english tv channels .i dont speak italian so for me the tv is useless unfortunatly but if there was an option for maybe youtube so for people from differant country could watch something in evening. Also maybe some small complimentary packets of coffee and milk just for the arrival would be lovly for those arriving late and cant get a drink. I arrived at 11pm i couldnt get a drink until the next morning. Only issue with the bed is i kept falling down the middle of it as is 2 single beds put together, but i move around alot due to my arthritis so isnt a major problem but did wake me up a few times. Apart from this all is wonderful.i enjoy staying there .

Everytime i travel to trieste this is where i choose to stay . I like how friendly the staff are ,how the location is situated near to things if i need food ect.is clean and quiet . Parking this time was perfect. Is a big car and i asked for a bigger park space. Number 24 and was perfect .a park space that is private is one of the most important things to me so is also one of the reasons i choose this place stay also.very kind man who welcomed me . Theres also an option of breakfast and dinner and good price. Im yet to try this though.

A bad smell comes from the bathroom ı know it happens on the seaside. You need to keep the doors closed and wish the wind not coming from the sea😃

Location is good, the room is large and clean. Everything is ok. Walking down to city center is easy and you can take a bus (number 10) on the way back.

The parking spot in the garage was tight, but we made it work. Driving and parking in Trieste is messy in general. The apartment did not provide detergent, brushes, and sponges to clean the dishes. Bring your own! There was one single tab in the dishwasher for us. Some plates were oily and looked used because the last tenants also did not have a way to wash the plates.

The size of the apartment, the location, and the quality of the furniture. AC worked great. Close to two important bus stops / lines (1 and 10). So exploring the city ilwas super easy. Reception staff went out of their way to solve an issue with Booking upon our arrival. Thank you very much!

The parking of the hotel is pretty expensive & there were a few things that weren't really issues, we just found them a bit strange, such as the huge window without any curtains right next to the shower looking to the inner courtyard & that we wasn't really sure if anyone can come in from outside as we couldn't lock the door from inside.

    Spacious, well-equipped.

One downside is the weak water pressure in the shower.

The room is definitely comfortable for a longer stay with family or as a couple. There is a kitchenette where you can prepare meals. The beds are very comfortable, and the bedding is soft and clean, making it pleasant to sleep. Air conditioning is available in both rooms, which is great for cooling down on hot days. There is also a dining table where you can sit comfortably. The location is really excellent; you can walk to the city center in about 20 minutes or use public transportation.
