The headroom, my fiance is 1,84 and he always banged his head on the doors and the ceiling. The apartment was not equipped with a microwave, blanket and dish drainer.

It was near to the beach and the shopping street.

The entrance to the building was from the parking, through a restaurant. There was no socket to charge a phone in the living room.

The host (Francesca) was amiable and helpful. The location is close to the beach, market, and restaurants.

The noise of people living above us was sometimes disturbing.

The location was great, the beach is a few minutes walk, and the Caribe Bay is about ten minutes walk. Great parking place for the car. The main street is in front of the house, but the noise is not disturbing with the windows closed. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. Everything was okay.

Initially we were allocated a attic apartment that really wasn't suitable, however, this was immediately rectified and we were moved to a more suitable apartment.

The keys were picked up at another hotel which was a 10 minute walk from the apartment.

The location is perfect. Close to a huge aqua park and close to the beach in the main street where are restaurants and markets.

The kitchen could have been better equipped - no kettle and no cups. Too few sockets in the walls. The sofa in the kitchen area wasn't comfortable when unfolded.

The place is really close to the beach. It was generally a present stay, AC was working wonders. The apartment was clean and spacious. The beds were quite comfortable. Lots of good restaurants around the place.

Photos of rooms are highly exaggerated - the room was rather less colorful and looked a little bit sad.

The bigest value of Residence Comfort is the location - near the main street, lots of caffes, shops, night live. It is also very close to the the beach and Caribe Bay - only a 15 minutes walk (kids pace) to a great waterpark.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning in the apartment did not work during our stay. Some of the plugs were older, probably from the 20th century and we cannot use them (couldn't fit some of adapters).

Location of the apartment was great. It is located near the sea and next to very good restaurants. Apartment was clean and well reconstructed. We also liked very wide balcony.

There was a faint smell of cigar smoke in the apartment. Remote control from TV was missing Pillows were very stiff. Room is cold (May month) but there was air conditioning with heating function. Bathroom needs a renovation. Actually a refreshing of the entire apartment would bring a lot of value. At the moment the apartment seems to be thrown together. It is somehow sad as the apartment has potential.

The location was great, directly on the shopping street and 5 minutes of walk to the sea. Room was clean with enough space for a family.

Given what was advertised (description, photos), I obviously expected too much. Most of the equipment and furniture are worn out, especially the bathroom needs renovation. There is not a single shelf for storage, water sprays from the taps and shower handle in all directions, the toilet flusher does not perform its function. The drainer in the kitchen is all rusty, as is the refrigerator, which also looks like it survived a battle. It works, but it is clearly not tight, because a lot of ice accumulates inside. The most annoying thing is the very poor functioning of the air conditioning, which has clearly not been serviced for a long time, cannot be adjusted and smells bad. The exit flap is broken because the upper edge of the door from the hallway hits it. In short, more harm than good. The restaurant downstairs has closed the passage to the street by placing additional tables, which is unacceptable. Apparently the greed of the owners prevails over concern for guests (I think this is a company that manages several accommodation facilities and restaurants). Given the rapid turnover of guests in the apartments, I got the feeling that I was staying in a transitional home, not a vacation home. Unwelcome and disappointed.

Apartment No. 10. Positive features are the size (there were three of us staying, I can't imagine six people staying, as the apartment is advertised for), good position in the building, large and useful balcony, good bed, private parking (when we weren't parked by delivery people for the restaurant on the ground floor), mostly well-functioning Wifi.

What we didn't like: it was very noisy in the bedroom during the day at to midnight because of the working restaurant"s hood. And the second unpleasant thing: the restaurant is blocking the path from the residence to the street. They desire the guests are going through the parking which is not very comfortable extra steps when it's 40 degrees outside.

The apartment is fine, 2 min walt from the beach. It has it" own parking lot so you don"t need to look for a parking. There is a restaurant on the ground floor of the building.

Barely cleaned apartment, dirty blankets and you cannot check in at the aprtment (you have to go to another hotel). The apartment itself is nothing like the pictures. I only reccommend for only 1-2 nights maximum.

A bit old furniture, toilet without shower gel and soap, kitchen very poor equipped, couldn’t make even a coffee, during the evening might be loud because of restaurant that is on the ground floor. Taking the keys at reception of another hotel (800m away) is really annoying and could be improved by providing key box in front of apartment
