MaltaThe resort lacked activities in general. We loved the aqua gym and yoga, as well as the padel. The night time activities were beautiful too but in general the resort needs more activities like archery, water activities, quad bike tours, organised trivia quizzes, dance classes, etc! Much more can be done to entertain guests. Additionally, it was lovely having a gym with some equipment although it would be helpful if this were indoors since it is too hot to use during the day. The gym and equipment be a bit more well kept too.
Voi Marsa Sicla was lovely! Very modern and clean! It is well-kept and immersed in nature. Overall, beautiful and very calming! The pool is large and was never over crowded throughout our stay. The beach is accessible by shuttle bus. The food was outstanding! Different options to choose from, yummy seafood options and Francesco and Jennifer were very helpful in ensuring we were well taken care of, especially due to an allergy. Staff in general was nice , especially the people taking care of the shuttle buses, as well as Dario (sport) and Youssef who were very friendly, fun and helpful all throughout! We enjoyed it thoroughly and will surely return!

Very well maintained and beautiful garden architecture/plants. Nice buildings. Great pool area and very friendly and helpful staff. Shuttle to the beach was very convenient and fun. Food was good!

HungaryAs we visited just after the start of the season, it was evident that the resort was in the process of reopening. Not all facilities were fully operational or in the condition one might expect. For example, the children’s playground hadn’t been cleaned yet, and the garden lights around our chalet were not functioning during our stay, leaving the surrounding paths completely dark at night. It’s clear that operating such a large resort requires significant attention to detail and ongoing investment. The property shows signs of age, and continuous maintenance will be essential to keep it in good condition. While our apartment offered generous space, it had some design drawbacks. There were no windows in the two rooms—only entrance doors—which limited natural ventilation. The air inside was stuffy, likely due to poorly maintained or uncleaned air conditioning units, making it difficult to get fresh air into the space. Given the resort’s large capacity, I can imagine that during peak season, the shared facilities like the restaurant, pool, and beach could become quite crowded. In that sense, we were lucky to experience the resort at the quieter start of the season.
The resort is a beautiful green oasis, well-equipped and set within a stunning landscape. We stayed for four nights just after the start of the season, when the resort was operating at around 20% capacity. Despite (or perhaps because of) the lower occupancy, the quality and variety of food served at both breakfast and dinner were excellent. Both the rooms and common areas were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The resort offers a wide range of activities, and we particularly appreciated the small electric shuttle that runs every 10 minutes to the beach – a convenient and pleasant touch. The beach facility is another highlight. Few resorts offer such amenities: guests can enjoy drinks and snacks, as well as access to changing rooms, toilets, and showers right on the beach. A definite added bonus to an already relaxing stay.

MaltaWe had an overall enjoyable experience, but I have some suggestions for improvement. The food grill smell and fog inside the main restaurant can get a bit overwhelming at times. It might be helpful to improve ventilation or implement measures to reduce this. Additionally, it would be great to see more food options, especially for teens or those who aren’t big fans of fish. A bit more variety on the menu during lunch and dinner could make the dining experience even better for everyone.
We had an excellent experience thanks to the outstanding cleanliness and top-notch customer service from the entire staff. Every corner was spotless, and the attention to detail was impressive. The team was not only friendly and welcoming but also extremely professional, always going the extra mile to ensure We had a great experience. Their dedication to maintaining such high standards is truly appreciated. Highly recommend!

ItalyFood was good but nothing spectacular, I expected more. Very less typical Sicilian specialties, rather mainstream Italian food with less variety. Lunch at the beach had to be ordered at the bar of the hotel latest at 10:30 with a very limited choice of mainly salad often different from the description of the menu as it is primarily made based on the leftovers of dinner. The App of the hotel isn't kept up-to-date and does not notify guests, on at least a daily basis, what activities are upcoming for the day. App said for example that aqua gym was at the pool at 11:00, whereas instead it took place at the beach at that same time and I wasn’t informed of this and hence missed the aquagym session. I do not necessarily need and App on vacation but if the hotel uses and promotes one it should work. Tennis court in bad state, lots of spots where the artificial grass was badly repaired resulting in a bad bounce. The fitness center, which is outside, doesn't have a single exercise mat, I tried for the entire week to get hold of an exercise mat to do my early morning exercises but wasn't able to obtain a mat for the entire week, at the reception they sent me to the pool lifeguard, who sent me to the aquagym instructor, who sent me back to the reception. At the beach of the hotel the same lounge music was played from the early morning till the closure of the beach bar at 19:00 with the same songs I heard up to 3 times a day. I am not completely against music at the beach but does it really has to be for the entire day? What about the people who would like to enjoy a relaxing moment at the beach hearing only the breeze of the wind and the waves of the sea? Why not only having music during the aperitivo happy hours prior to lunch and dinner? Also the live music after dinner at the hotel was always the same, same artist with the same songs. I clearly expected more of this vacation and didn’t experience a typical Sicilian atmosphere and gastronomy.
The infrastructure is beautiful, well maintained and clean. The rooms are in separate, well designed, modern and clean rooms in standalone houses with generally one room at ground level and one room at the first floor with own beautiful and ample terras. Access and transport to beach with electrically driven busses every 10min appr. going back and forth to the beach which is 2km away.

United KingdomThe area and rooms were dirty. This is not a hotel you get placed in a block somewhere in the grounds. The grass is as high as the sunloungers at some of the blocks that’s if you’re lucky enough to get a sunloungers. We got two tin chairs on a dirty patio and a room my partner describes a like a cel this was an upgraded room also. The staff were rude we were left waiting for 45 minutes to be showed where the room was and were to park. No one ever came. We only did 1 night at this property it was so bad and had to move cockroaches around etc not pleasant. This company were paid 4/5 weeks in advance of our stay and we have lost that money and had to move consequently having to stay in 3 different hotels due to not being able to get the full time in one. Avoid this place at all cost
