Although the immediate surroundings were great - apple orchards, vineyard, mountains in the background - the residence is just by an industrial area. Around 10 mins drive from shops, restaurants and the lake, and everywhere is challenging to find a parking space during high season. Ideal for those bringing bicycles with them. Kitchen was under equipped if someone actually wants to cook a proper meal not just just heat up something.

Easy check-in, spacious apartment, shutters made it easy to keep it cool even without air conditioning, nicely kept garden, great pool. Guests mostly comply with the requested after 10PM quiet time, which is nice after an eventful day.

Everything was great.

The residence is sort of remote and there is some sort of plant (electric station?) near by. But at the same time it is in a middle of a vineyard in a very picturesque environment. From the house and from the pool you see only vineyard and beautiful mountains.

The wall sound isolation is not perfect, there were incidents in the night like hearing furniture moving but was quickly solved the next day and can be solved if the chairs wear special material.

Location is great, near mountain and Garda lake, close to both Riva and Arco. The pool and outside yard very well maintained.

I have some thoughts about the pool. I understand that it is not used during the winter season. I had no intention of using it either. However, it seems to me that it would be appropriate for it to be covered for the winter period or the water should be drained. A dirty swimming pool is simply not a nice sight.

The apartment contained everything that was stated in the description. I have no objections.

Just an observation. We travelled with a long minivan and the parking places were a bit small for it.

We had a terrible experience at this property. There was visible mold on the walls, spider webs, and poor ventilation, with some windows not even opening. With children allergic to mold, the conditions were completely unsafe, and we had to leave immediately. Though initially promised a full refund, the owner later withheld one night's fee. Booking.com’s support was slow and unhelpful, ignoring the serious health hazards. We strongly advise avoiding this property until these critical hygiene issues are resolved.

The stuff not aware about the checkout hour,we have received the keys in another hotel when the reception informed us about checkout at 11 am. In the check out morning cleaning stuff nocked the door and informed us that we have to leave at 9 am or will be charged 20 euro for every hour. The elevator not in the service and we have to take the family luggage to the 3rd floor. It was cold in the apartment and kettle didn't work in the second apartment.
