Location, food and facilities

Great location! Apartments are extremely functional with everything you need. Pool is nice

The kids slept in the bunk beds near front door which was a bit noisy at times

Very nice staff at the reception and the most the ones from the restaurant. The green park area and children and dogs facilities.

The rooms looks very old and the inside room design should be reconfigured. It is not ok to not having cleaning and bedlinen change during 1 week stay (1 time of cleaning every 3 days should be taken into consideration). Breakfast, very poor for the price. If the breakfast is more diverse it will maje people to get breakfast every day, but otherwise we got only 2 days breakfast. Also, too many sweets and there is no balance of the aliments.

The property is located in a hilly area with pleasant weather, which really added to the charm of our stay. We had originally booked a studio room, but upon check-in, found it a bit too small for our needs. The reception staff were helpful and accommodating, and we were able to upgrade to a top-floor apartment with a fantastic view—for what I felt was a reasonable additional fee. The gym is suitable for a light workout, and the on-site restaurant offers take away and dine-in options. We also loved the nearby park—it was perfect for the kids, and we ended up spending a lot of time there.

The gym timings from 9am, and need to collect the key from reception every time we want to use it.

Nice quiet location. Mountain trails, cable cars etc within short driving distance.

Rooms are small, sound insulation poor, beds uncomfortable, wifi reception poor in the room, early check-out at 9:30am

Cozy apartment equipment with everything you need. Comfortable beds, well organized, nice and clean little kitchen and bathroom. Balcony with relaxing chairs. 5 feet deep heated pool with little pool corner for young ones and another relaxing bubble therapy pool and jacuza Sauna. Pool can access under tunnel connect to the each building it’s very convenient. Elevator and available restaurant, prices not so high. Kids play room inside the building and big kid play area outside and picnic area BBQ area, volleyball field for adults. Dogs area. So many attractions 30 minutes near by. Definitely recommend.

Friendly staff, easily checked in. I got a delayed flight and they managed yo help me with everything with my late check in.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel staff members were really friendly and welcoming. The place is also perfect for a family vacation! very kid-friendly and comfortable. Highly recommended! :-)

We returned to this hotel after 20 years for another ski trip, and we are absolutely delighted! It's amazing how they've managed to maintain such a high standard over all these years. Cleanliness, service, atmosphere – everything was top-notch, exactly as we remembered. Returning here was a very pleasant and nostalgic experience. We highly recommend it!

My only remark would be regarding the sauna, where too many people are present in a short period of its operation, which doesn't foster a cozy and relaxing atmosphere.

Clean rooms and local.

Our accommodation was good, but other guests were very noisy. Little children ran down the hall, adults made disco and they moved furniture. The only thing that bothered us about this accommodation is that the staff didn't supervise the silent hours.
