Great staff,Great Brekfast,close to everything.

The remodel of the apartments look great! However, there is no kettle or any way to heat water to make coffee., While there is a stove top, very few cooking options, frying pan was heavily scratched. No kitchen cooking utensils to cook. As a result, it looks like people are using steel fork on non-stack frying pan. There is a washing machine, but there is no detergent. This place has a lot of potential.

Shower was clogged very slow to drain.

Located on the edge of the old city center, this property offers easy access to all attractions by foot. While the building retains its historic charm, the facilities are well-maintained. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise.

Location is good , size room is Ok , comfort , and good breakfast.

The staff were really nice and helpful, the hotel is in a really great location. The breakfast was also perfect, so many things to chose from and the coffee was really delicious too. The apartment was very clean.

The only thing I didn't like was how cold it was in the room. Through the night the heating was even turned off. In the January cold it was really unpleasant.

Location and cleanliness; the reception staff are very nice. The coffee at breakfast is excellent.

The apartments are old, so there are issues with insulation and sound; one apartment from our group’s smelled like mold. The beds and linen are very uncomfortable. The breakfast buffet was eaten by 9am and the hotel doesn’t refill most items (it looked like other guests had enormous portions, which isn’t the hotel’s fault per se, however it was unfair to all guests who wanted something after 9am).

Advantages : good breakfast and location relatively close to the center which we appreciated ! Also, secure parking place for 22 euro per day.

The apartment was very dark, not that clean, the napkins on the table were dirty, same for the blanket (plaid). But the bed sheets and towels were clean 👍🏻. The floor was not so clean, same for the bathroom, the sink was clogged… The majority of the furniture pieces are old. Also, there were construction works just behind the window and there was someone there when we woke up, not a pleasant feeling.

Located 20 mins walk from main tourist spots. Appartment decent size, clean and staff very friendly. Good breakfast

Good location and the apartment was clean and comfortable. Good continental breakfast in cosy surroundings!

Others may find it basic but for me it was a quirky apartment in a great location!

The staff was rude and they didn't speak English. I was trying to communicate in Italian (which I am not fluent in but I can have a short conversation) and they were being rude and unwilling to help us...

A very good location, a very good breakfast.

"The apartment" was overloaded with unnecessary and not comfortable furniture. Kitchen is not usable, even in case i didn't want to use it.
