Shower was clogged very slow to drain.

The remodel of the apartments look great! However, there is no kettle or any way to heat water to make coffee., While there is a stove top, very few cooking options, frying pan was heavily scratched. No kitchen cooking utensils to cook. As a result, it looks like people are using steel fork on non-stack frying pan. There is a washing machine, but there is no detergent. This place has a lot of potential.

The only thing I didn't like was how cold it was in the room. Through the night the heating was even turned off. In the January cold it was really unpleasant.

The staff were really nice and helpful, the hotel is in a really great location. The breakfast was also perfect, so many things to chose from and the coffee was really delicious too. The apartment was very clean.

The apartment was very dark, not that clean, the napkins on the table were dirty, same for the blanket (plaid). But the bed sheets and towels were clean 👍🏻. The floor was not so clean, same for the bathroom, the sink was clogged… The majority of the furniture pieces are old. Also, there were construction works just behind the window and there was someone there when we woke up, not a pleasant feeling.

Advantages : good breakfast and location relatively close to the center which we appreciated ! Also, secure parking place for 22 euro per day.

We choose an apartment with kitchen. The kitchen was not fully equipped with the cutlery for 2 people. It would be nice if they have one pan and one small pot. On the other hand, it features a microwave, fridge, and all you need to make pasta! So, it wasn't that bad. The apartment wasn't luxurious, but spacious and comfortable. Very Italian/European old-kind.

Good location & safe. Good breakfast: from typical Italian pastries, yogurt, and fruits to boiled eggs and pizza (lots of options but limited for food allergies). We choose an apartment with kitchen: spacious, good shower, mattress, and quiet. Wonderful all-you-can-eat sushi place only 3 blocks from there. Excellent supermarkets just 2 or 3 blocks from the hotel, where you can find everything you may need, including already cooked Italian dishes and affordable options. Well-prepared for cold weather. Good location for walking and for using Torino transport. Only 14 walkable-blocks from Porta Sussa train station. We definitely choose to return.

Building was amazing, just a little dated furniture and kitchen but we didn't need the kitchen so not a problem. Shower very small but did the job and was clean and hot.

Team so friendly and accommodating. We felt bad that our Italian was so poor but we managed OK and never felt awkward. They also helped with parking for us at short notice as the booking for our space had failed. All clean and room changed daily with fresh towels. Location amazing, everything close and a great pizza restaurant right next door.

Kitchen needs to be improved. Better cutlery, more glasses (only one glass available) pots and pens are definitely needed for longer stays. Very small television which even sharpest eyes wouldn't enjoying watching.

Excellent location in the old town. All main sigths are within a 10 minute walk. Plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from when eating out. Secured courtyard parking. Staff was very helpful. Clean apartment with comfortable beds.

We had to open the windows to get a breeze but on the description it said there was AC. I messaged the front desk and they never responded. We had to leave the windows open and had to hear the bar patrons from around the corner all night.

The location was very good. The only negative was that it was raining and that was not the hotel fault. We were only there a day and wanted to see the city.
