Not much to not like about the room - as other comments say, it’s a bit dark but that might be welcome in the hotter months. The spa experience was fine but generally not hot enough and the jacuzzi bubbles were a bit weak but we did get a nice glass of Prosecco! Sadly, the massage was quite poor - just some light stroking even after I asked for more pressure. The best carpark is about a 5mins walk away up some inclines to the hotel, and the multiple scratch card tokens that you buy from Cafe Rossi are a bit odd but the car was safe.

Amazing memory foam bed and pillows - the comfiest sleep of our who stay in Sicily. The room design and decor of the whole place is great - lots of attention to detail. Our room (1) was on the ground floor and had a nice little outdoor area that would be nice in the summer or for smokers. Lovely welcome from Guiseppe who showed us what’s what. We paid extra to use the spa area for a treat at the end of our holiday - all very nice but not as great as we were hoping. Sciaccha is a lovely town.

There is nothing not to like about this place unless you’re really fussy.

Where do I stop. On arrival Giuseppe the owner of the property. Show us to our upgraded room which was so beautifully done. The attention to detail in our room and all of the hotel. Is outstanding. It was our anniversary and he told us to come to the dining room after we settled in. . He then proceeded to pour us two glasses of beautiful sparkling wine and some food because we arrived later than expected. in the morning at breakfast there there was plenty choice. The only thing I forgot to tell Giuseppe was that my wife is gluten tolerance. but his fantastic kitchen assistant. Francesca managed to whip something up for her. she said that the next day that she was going to make her a cake. which my wife found absolutely gorgeous .

The AC in the room wasn't that cold. It made the room cool enough to sleep but without any need for a sheet or blanket.

Th location was ideal. The homemade breakfast was delicious and the breakfast chef was personable, friendly attentive and kind! Our host went out of his way to make sure our stay was comfortable. He even mailed a package we left behind to our next destination and did not charge us! Great customer relations!!

The location, the rooms and the staff were excellent. The rooms very clean and comfortable, we were made to feel more than at home by the staff. The breakfast was exceptional. They went out of of their way to give us a warm Sicilian welcome, in the most beautiful surroundings of the ancient city of Sciacca. I would recommend this lovely place to anyone.

Location of the mini-fridge and the sky-light in the bathroom could be different, but I think these are structural issues and hard to change (at best, there could be something added to cover the sky-light during the day, but this would be really over the top). Very very little to be improved.

Just wished not to have plastic water cups in our room. It seems to be an Italian thing.

OMG Giuseppe and his manager Francis were the best of hosts. What a special place this is. A beautifully renovated property with a distinct nod to the past and yet modern and minimalist at the same time. I loved everything about this hotel. Francis bakes cakes for the breakfast which is fabulous we used the spa, sauna and steam room for a few euros extra and this was a lovely clean set up. The location is central to everything.

Great boutique hotel in the old town. We stayed in the beautiful and spacious superior suite for two nights. Giuseppe was fantastic and very helpful in arranging parking, tours etc. Francis was wonderful and made us the most delicious breakfast each morning.

We had a slight mishap with the AC but the technician was due to come in the following day - so that's just bad timing and weather getting warmer earlier in the year. Truly nothing to impact our experience there.

What a spot! This palazzo is beyond beautiful... Its design and architecture make it so worth it. Everything is extremely well thought through and done with such great taste!! The room was extremely spacious, beautifully redecorated with a focus on restoring its original beauty while adding a bit more modern design to it. Giuseppe was amazing - very helpful, super friendly, lively and chatty. He went out of his way to make sure we'd get the most out of our stay (including dinner recommendations and reservations) and we are very grateful for that. The breakfast was great - everything was fresh (fruit from the market) or home-made by a lovely lady that same morning (cakes and pastries) or on the spot (eggs and the like)

The two areas: Turkish bath and Sauna are separated from the Jacuzzi ones. even if there is no particular issue.

Small building with few rooms very well renovated. The SPA handled as a private SPA. This is amazing and unplayable. Including the glass of wine and the suites.
