Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The bedding had a strong, unpleasant smell and looked unclean, which made it hard to feel comfortable or relaxed. Cleanliness is one of the most basic expectations, and sadly, this place didn’t meet that standard.

The air conditioning was excellent – it kept the room cool and comfortable throughout my stay. The location is also a big plus, with easy access to everything I needed. Another highlight was the Wi-Fi, which worked reliably and with good.

It was literally in front of the Rome Terminal, so it’s a good location to move around Rome, (It’s a 25 minutes walk from the coliseum) the staff is very nice, it’s not exactly like the pictures but it’s comfortable enough to stay, at night there could be some noises from the street, since it’s across the terminal, but for the price it’s a good option. They have available water bottles and apples 24/7 which was a plus.

The room was quite run down, a lot of things broken, however we wasn’t expecting more as we did get what we paid for. The area of a night was quite intimidating to walk through, wouldn’t recommend if solo travelling.

Host was very accommodating, cleaned our room daily and provided us with free refreshments.

This is a three bedroom guesthouse, rooms divided from one big apartment with each room having its own bathroom, the building door has a numeric lock with another door inside but the apartment’s door is always open, i.e. if you’re in the building, you can come in the guesthouse but you need your room key. So, another numeric keypad in the apartment door would be nice for more safety.

Very central location though not the best in the city, I do not know what was happening around Rome in the first week of October but this was the most affordable place we could find with a central location, water and apples provided free of charge, good wifi

The bed wasn't the best. It squishes too much, but was ok as my stay was just for two nights..

Perfect location, near to Roma termini. Local transport and restaurants are very near by. The area isn't the best, but there wasn't much to worry. The staff was exceptional to help. Plus they had provided fruits and unlimited water bottles as well.

Maybe they can provide atleast Microwave and Water Cooker in the Room. The Elevator is not functioning most of the time. When you enter the Main Entrance downstairs, you will be welcomed by garbage and it's disgusting smell.

The place is comfortable to stay. The room we got was good for 4 Persons. It's location is very near to the Termini Station and has a lot of restaurants in the vicinity.

The only negative aspect of this accommodation is the neighborhood it’s located in. Specifically, the location is desirable due to its proximity to the train station in Rome, but the neighborhood is very dirty and frequented by suspicious individuals.

The room is tidy and clean, also has a shared kitchen available, as well as an iron for clothes and a hairdryer. The bed is very comfortable.

Didn't like that it didn't have a fireplace, hairdryer, or a tv with Cable channels and no fresh bath towels. All these items were suppose to be included.. Also tiled shower wall leaked and was rotted and was about to come off the wall.
