The little beach house has a fantastic location and Alfredo is a great host.

There was building work going on nearby which might annoy some people. We weren't disturbed by it at all though, it was very quiet.

We were welcomed really nicely, good communication from the host before arrival and he met us to show us where to park and how to find the house. Beautiful views from both the terraces, and a lovely easy walk to beach bar and the scala dei turchi. A few minutes drive to shops and restaurants in Realmonte. Hope to return one day!

There was no shower gel, no biggie but something to consider and bring yourself.

Amazing experience! The host was super friendly and made sure we had everything that we needed. The house itself was very comfy and the location is just amazing, 20 minutes walk to the scala and right in front of the beach. We even used the barbecue. It was awesome and we would have stayed longer if we could! Totally recommend!

The view is amazing, the place is very well equiped, clean and comfy, and the host was very friendly and supportive. There is a parking offerred, which is great because the area is pretty crowded. I totally recommend it!

The building itself had seen better days.

Lovely location very close to great beaches. Nearby Lounge Beach restaurant was excellent. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. The actual apartment was great.

The bath is extremely tiny and no way to have a real shower. The restaurant the owner introduced us to try in his village, is just because they are friends. It is absolutely not worth to go. Very bad experience.

The house is located directly on a very famous beach. Quiet and safe, with yards at the front and back of the house. The owner was very welcoming and gave us a bottle of wine.

Great location and great view of the sea and cliffs. All the necessary facilities, kitchen equipment available. Host is very nice and easy to communicate. A bottle of wine was greate wellcome gift. Greatly recommend this place.

Location was fantastic, right on the beach and a short drive away from the Valley of the Temples and major shopping complex. We enjoyed a great meal at Mediterraneo restaurant on the beach (very close to the house). The stairs of the Turks were very beautiful in the early morning light, as was the walk along the beach. Loved sitting having breakfast on the verandah overlooking the sea. Alfredo was a great host!

the location was amazing, right on the beach and a 10 minute walk to Scala dei Turchi. an amazing host, who kindly picked us up from the bus stop and dropped us at the train station when we left. the apartment was super clean and amazing views on both sides! i highly recommend stopping at the nearest supermarket so you can cook up some meals and enjoy the view.

Location is perfect, with 2 terrasses at both sides of the appertment. A great view on the Scala dei Turchi as well as on the beach of punta Granda. A very warm and personal welcome with a bottle of local great white wine!

The location and (double) terrace were with amazing views! It's walking distance from the beach and scala dei turchi. Private parking was also a plus and a great host! We would go back here.

A great apartment in a beautiful location, located right next to the beach and a 15-minute walk from the Scala dei Turchi. Two terraces with beautiful views. The equipment includes sunbeds, an umbrella, a washing machine and everything you need. The nice owner will give you the keys and explain everything. Free parking by the beach which is rare.

The view and location was stunning! Even if it was during the early season, it was a great stay! Also only 10min to the famous “scala dei turchi”. Super quiet place and quick way to reach beach under 5min!

Vacation far too short.

On our last morning, we got up early to see the sun rise. We did that every morning because of the beauty of the nature at the site, only 200m from the sea, and only 300m from Scala dei Turchi. This morning, however, we dug into the water to really watch the sun rise, as if the workd was new. Thats what Punta Grande does, makes you feel the workd anew. It was nice to meet with Alfredo, he's real nice and an excellent host. And oooh, breakfast at the porch. And Valle di Templi. And the excellent restaurant just around the corner. We definitely wanna go back.
