A great urban stay. Ground floor rooms but quiet, very stylish and clean. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it.

No view from the window and no balcony. Wi-fi connection was not good. There is no rack for drying the beach towels and bathing suits. Parking is problematic.

Our room was very clean. Self check-in was easy. The soap smells amazing. Air-conditioning was very good.

Still missing some small details to make it perfect, a bin in the room, more storage for clothes (small closet for such a large room) cleaning behind the TV, the room is on ground floor so limited option of opening the windows

The guy who helped us check in was not very helpful, and he was very slow to provide the necessary information. They also need to improve the mini fridge.

The lack of parking, but we did manage to find on street free parking every day of our stay. WiFi was quite slow, and there was no bin in the room.

Beautifully decorated apartment within 10-15 mins walk of the old town. Would definitely stay again.

- there’s no chance to hang wet towels in the apartment - one night we could hear the running and jumping kid upstairs for hours. It was very annoying - always have the entrance door key with you next to your card since one night it didn’t work for us and could only get into with the key - the desk under the tv is kinda unstable - the different apartments are in a “shared area”, after entering the front door, a small hallway leads into a shared place from where all the other apartments can be found (of course with having own doors) - creaking bathroom door

- VERY clean, tidy apartment. Nice colours, modern furniture, has a nice picture overall - cleaning staff comes frequently to clean your room - main roads which lead to big cities are closeby, you don’t have to go through the city traffic all times - safe location with great security equipment - a shop is nearby: Coop (~2 minutes by walking), Lidl (~10 minutes by walking) - old town is ~15 minutes walking - there’s a chance to buy food late night as well (3~4 a.m.) since most restaurants close around 0:00 in the old town - public and free parking is around 8 minutes by walking. Closer to the apartment, there’s less chance to find free parking spots - please note: the house has two entrance doors

I found the bed and pillows uncomfortable. My husband didn't mind so much but on our 3rd night, he slept badly due to bed and pillows.

Bright room with coffee machine and fridge. It was basic but very good, modern basic. Staff were helpful. And the location was also good. Hairdryer was powerful.

Giada and the other guy we met on departure were so helpful and really made our trip seamless. They couldn’t do enough for us. Giada in particular went above and beyond to meet our expectations.

Very happy in general, no complaints but some improvements could be made; - As the rooms are on the ground floor, they kind of lack sunlight. There is nothing to do here unfortunately. - Would be nice if the window had mosquito net. - Checkout time at 10am is too early in my opinion, could be 11 at least.

We were happy with everything. Rooms were clean and modern, also the building is new. Room had all the amenities needed; towels, extra sheets, safe, complimentary water/coffee,tea, minibar, hairdryer, shampoo etc. Perfect location close to old town, just 7 minutes by walking. Plenty of parking spots in the near streets. Right next to the street there is a big supermarket open until the evening. Lady at the reception was very helpful and made our experience much better. I would definitely recommend this place. Great value for money.

Expectations exceeded, what a beautiful property! the attention to detail is immaculate. Very clean and modern, stunning decor…a nice short 10 minute walk into the town! We used the Spa, and loved it! the cocktails made for us after we’re amazing!! my Husband and I have had a fantastic 2 night stay here and wish we could stay longer! hope to be back again one day! Thank you!!

- Very Noisy (Although in the description it is stated that the rooms are soundproof it is definitely not the case. You could hear almost every noise coming from outside of the room and also from the room next door. Also there were constant and loud noises coming from the apartment above. Not to mention, that on one night, there were new guests arriving late at night and they were very loud and also tried to enter our room as they apparently did not know which room they had booked) - Value for money: Definitely not the best choice if you’re looking to get a good value for the money you are paying. The room prices are perhaps being justified with the fact that you are provided with a jacuzzi thub in your room. If you are planning to relax in a hot jacuzzi bath after a long hot day at the beach or through the old town, then it’s fine. We found out, that after a hot day at the beach we don’t need another hot bath to relax. - It is definitely from our point of view not a location dedicated for those of you who are planning a trip in Alghero, mainly for visiting the beaches and spending most of your time outside. There is no place in the room to dry beach towels and not only those. Also for your regular daily towels there is only one small place in the bathroom where you could let them dry out. - No bathrobe available although it is stated in the description that it is provided.

This place is instagramable, but that is all. The bed mattrasse was so soft, that we slept in a hole in the middle of the bed. You have a whirpool in the room which sounds nice - but the cleaning liquids are stinky and you can not leave your balcony open - behind the room is a huge not used parking place. The communication with the lady on the reception was so so, either friendly nor very informative. This was one of our least liked stays during all our holidays over the past years in Italy. The only positive thing was the walking distance to the city.
