The location was perfect safe location. It was literally walking distance from the major attractions. We loved everything about the hotel, friendly staffs who are helpful , fluent English speakers and housekeepers who did excellent jobs and plenty of clean towels available. Reception team was ever so helpful. The beautiful balcony with lime trees was an added bonus. The staffs wrote a Birthday card and a gifted a book for my little one which was such a special touch. THANK YOU for making our first trip so memorable :-) We highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Rome.

The bathtub didn’t drain quickly as I took a shower. That was the only issue. I only stayed one night so didn’t have time to report it before leaving.

The property is in a great location and the staff were really nice. I had an issue with accessing my room and it was changed with no fuss. The garden area to eat is beautiful.

For what we ne needed - I cannot think of anything

Breakfast - excellent and staff generally good at getting the coffees Reception area - quiet space to wait to meet people Room - we had difficulty first night with TV due to broken cable - it was fixed very quickly by staff. Also asked for an iron and that came quickly tool Location - perfect with supermarket and gelato shops nearby + close to walk to major attractions

Rooms are small but very clean

I loved the location - very central to the markets, restaurants, entertainment and all tourist spots. The breakfast setting outside in the garden is so special. The rooftop bar is exceptional.

The hotel is a bit dated and needs renovation. Room size is generally small.

The hotel is very well located, near everywhere in the historic center in Rome. The rooms were nice and specious for a family. The garden downstairs was beautiful

In my travels, the first thing I look for is location and a good breakfast. I knew this hotel but I had never stayed in it. I took advantage of this. Stop in Rome to stay for the first time. The hotel has very large rooms which is not common in Rome. Very comfortable beds and an amazing breakfast. If you requested from the hotel, you may be lucky to even have parking which is worth paying for. The hotel is within walking distance from Trastevere and all the action it offers. It’s literally across the bridge. The valet service was wonderful and they were very helpful always. I can’t say enough about this hotel. It is 10 out of 10.

Great location. Loved walking to Campo Fiore for beautiful location and good dinner options. Front desk was very helpful and called taxis that picked us up right outside door. We had a problem with a drain, and it was attended to and fixed within 20 minutes! Rome is expensive. This is an older building with charm, great staff and a great breakfast. Rooms are small, but functional. Bed was very comfortable.

Only one plug in the room could accommodate a standard European adapter plug but the hotel kindly lent us a universal adapter. Hotel rooms were basic but fine

The location was perfect. All the main sites within a half hour walk and just across the river from trastavere which was great for food and drinks. Great local recommendations for food! The courtyard for breakfast was the best part of this stay
