Nice, basic room with everything needed for a short stay. Room and communal area were clean. 10 minute walk to airport made it very convenient for an early flight. Walk in to the town was also nice. Check in details we're communicated prior to stay and it was very convenient. The owner was easy to contact.

The staff is really helpful and accommodating. The location is great - 5 minutes safe walk from the airport. I was off the last flight for the day and I was in a room with shower by midnight. The staff communicated about my flight arrival and they waited for me at the door.

I thought I could go straight to my room from when we landed at 9am however I was told I had to come back at 2pm after the room was cleaned which meant we had to carry our luggage around for a 5 hours before we could return.

I liked how close it was to the airport, the staff was friendly and the room was really clean and spacious with air con, really liked it.

The side lights beside the bed didn't work and the overhead light was very bright.

The room was basic but fine for an overnight stay and within walking distance of the airport and railway station. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. There was a kitchenette available which we didn't notice until we were leaving. The instructions to gain entry to the accommodation were clear.

Great option when you’re flying in late to Pisa Airport late and in walking distance. Room was comfy and blocked out sound from outside. Some noise when people were checking out in the morning and a couple of little stains on the towels. Got what we needed from this stay and very reasonable price.

Overall, we are happy with the place. Our room was small but it is ok. Although the place was relatively empty but they were inflexible 15 min late check-out.

it is well kept. the bathroom is very modern. Very good location as well. The place is much better than the pictures on the booking.com. they should update.

Some things are so new and they don't work properly. For example, the shower and some lights. The kitchen cannot be used properly, also because it is so new that some essential things are missing. Hope they can fix all these details.

Excellent location, close to the airport and the train station. Easy access to the building and the room. Very clean and everything is new. There is a shared kitchen and meeting area.

We didn't have breakfast , early flight to Ireland. The showers in both rooms need to be fixed the shower connection's are loose and caused a minor flood which we cleaned up. If that is not fixed you could have major damage. Everything else fine.
