The location.

- They make lots of demands to the customers, like demanding an obscure PayPal tax transfer before giving access, they just don’t fulfil their basic obligations. - AC not working, first night was a nightmare, they fixed after request. - Room was filthy, a mess under the bed, even blood stains on it. - The room was in the back of a bar kitchen, prepare for noise all night. - In 10 years using booking, I never had such a bad experience.

The property it was in very poor conditions. Power point La not working, mould in the bathroom and if you don’t want your bedroom smelling like rubbish and restaurant kitchen need to stay shut.

booked a €300 apartment for 4 nights, but the experience was very disappointing. The location instructions were confusing, and the apartment was unclean and did not match the photos. Essential amenities like the TV and AC didn’t work, and the bathroom was unacceptable. Despite contacting both the host and Booking.com, no help was provided. I cannot recommend this property.

Nothing. Those who like this place are the ones who stay at the hotel for the first time.

The photos are there anyway. I stayed here because it was urgent but I regret it. He kept asking for the tourist tax of 28 Euros as 38 Euros via WhatsApp. And on the first day, my room was entered while I was out. I realized this when I arrived. It is very unsafe. Definitely do not choose it.

The location.

The bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned, the shower was full of mold and the bed was uncomfortable.

The room was the worst I have seen in life. Unfit for living, the smell of dust and mold....broken and stuck things, Dark room with no ventilation only one lamp out of three worked ,mold in the shower, tiny with no place to even stand, the TV doesn't have a good picture with FOBs, an old refrigerator that doesn't work well...spoiled the whole visit for us

The location was great. That's the only thing going for it.

The wifi didn't work at all, wrote to the owner, only reply was that it was working and didn't care much. We stayed for 3 nights, they didn't change the towels or anything, we didn't even have shampoo or soap. There was a hole in the bathroom covered with a sheet of paper that kept falling.

The only thing that kept us positive about this room was the location. I have stayed in far better hostels sharing a room with people I don't know. It is not worth your money. Don't think the way I thought after reading the feedback/reviews "Well maybe they have fixed it, let's give them a chance" They barely answered my messages, the wi-fi wasn't working and I tried to contact them for our 4-day stay THEY DIDN'T FIX. The toilet is not flushing properly, there is a hole in the bathroom wall, weird smell in the room, and the door barely stands...

Only location was fine

The door are broken and only lock fixed,in bathroom the frame of the door was constantly falling,ac not working,we were freezing,only fridge you have,no cattler,no glasses,no mug nothing that you can prepare at least tea to heat yourself

It was close to the metro the bus stop… and also restaurants .. bed was comfortable.

When we got there we had to wait outside for like 15-20mins waiting for the main door to open.. when we got inside the door was old and kinda broken and hard to lock when leaving. The toilet was not working we had to use public toilets always because it couldn’t flush. The shower door we couldn’t close it .. hot water lasted 5minutes … there was a very bad bad smell throughout our stay no windows just a door that wasn’t helping… the graphics on the wall just made the place bad

Apartment are located in the city centre. Location is comfortable

We stayed in these apartments for four nights and it was one of the worst experience ever. The first thing we noticed was the hole in the entrance door, which someone unsuccessfully tried to hide with paper, and the hole in the wall in the bathroom. Secondly we smelled the disgusting smell of rot. We tried for a long time to understand where it came from, but when we opened the window we realized that smell was coming from the garbage outside the window. Nothing helped. Apartment doesn’t have the actual window. Instead of the window there was a small door overlooking the closed space with garbage. No daylight at all. Next big disappointment was the toilet which wasn’t working. Without details it was absolutely uncomfortable awful and disgusting. Actually we had feeling that the bathroom is going to crush because door jamb fell of sometimes and shower was leaking. Problems with payment. First of all price was 298,08. But finally we payed 341 euro. Hosts said that it is for cleaning and taxes. But on Booking.com they didn’t tell about this. And during our stay there was no cleaning.

the hot water side only has 5 min max, if you don't have time to wash your head, that's your problem, because you'll end up washing under cold water 😄 that’s more bigger problem for woman.

what did I like ? nothing. booking.com should no offer this place to rental. it’s not clean, smelly black walls in the shower.
