Disappointing! It's all about LOCATION,nothing else.....it is located right in the piazza. .

We could NOT find the place! It is in a nondescrip building with no sign or address; after walking around for 30 minutes and coming back to the exact spot, still we could find no entrance. Finally the property manager, said we should "meet him on the street".......we are two older women and "meeting someone on the street" seemed both sketchy and creepy to us. So, yes, we met this stranger on the sidewalk........he did not even attempt to assist us up the couple of steps with our bags. Next, he literally "stuffed" both of us and our bags in a phone booth sized elevator. Make no mistake, this is a ROOM in a residential/business building. The room was clean and comfortable enough. The prop manager then gave us these small, handwritten "coupons" for breakfast at a local bar. It never occurred to us that we'd have to walk a mile for our morning coffee!!! We get to said bar and they treat us like we're crazy.......say they don't know anything about giving us breakfast; it was EMBARASSING AND HUMILIATING.........we were treated like beggars! I contacted the property manager and, upon our return to the room, another man (the owner I think) opened his door and apologized; he told us to go to yet ANOTHER restaurant to find our (paid for) breakfast. Again, we couldn't find the place, even with GPS. We purchased our breakfast "out of pocket" for the three days. The absolute WORST part of this experience was the trash in the lobby; I felt like I was entering an abandoned building. There was trash all over the floor for our entire stay. DISGUSTING! See my photo below....We didn't like that we did not get the breakfast we paid for. We didn't like having to meet up with a stranger on the street to gain access. I HATED THE GARBAGE!

It was like an Air B&B - did not match description on website - on arrival in the hallway there was an open door with rubbish bursting out - There was to be a double & a sofa bed , no bed linen supplied for sofa bed - The so called balcony houses air conditioning unit - and view was filthy looking building. Sewerage smell very strong from bathroom. Room was not cleaned for the 4 days we stayed or bins changed. We had to request fresh towels & loo roll . Location was great-

Nothing to like. The Suite was not available and I was reallocated to a different mini-hotel Palazzo Tasso nearby. I was not told about the switch until my arrival, despite a few WhatsApp exchanges with the host. Need to mention a wonderful hostess Viviana at the Palazzo. She was warm, accommodating, and a genuinely nice person.

Smaller room than originally booked. No breakfast.

Great location right by the main square.

Despite being told of our arrival time we had to what outside for someone to get the keys. They then did not have the sheets to make the sofa bed so we had to wait another 30 minutes for them to arrive. They also asked for us to pay the tourist tax by cash only. This was not disclosed in the booking and is very suspicious.

Great location in the center of main streets and all that you need is very very close, you just need to step out of the building and is all there.

A little bit noisy in some nights, for people without deep sleep.

Very good location. Everything was as described.

Noisy. Then onto the host, he was helpful over message before arriving and booked us a taxi. However our flight was delayed and meant we got there a lot later than expected. He did have the flight number and was able to check as well as me telling him our flight was delayed. When we arrived he was very abrupt and only showed us everything quickly as soon as we got into the room. He then told us we MUST pay the taxi driver €200 instead of the agreed €150 (of course we would of payed him more anyways due to the inconvenient time) but the way it was handled was unprofessional in our opinion. He would check on us now and then but nothing over the top. He did apologise the following morning however we feel that it could’ve been handled better in the first place!

Probably the value for money. The balcony didn’t have the view I was expecting.

Location was perfect for our very short stay - only 1 night so was great to be in the centre. Pictures were accurate And staff accommodating.

All good. Minor point: was advertised as having balcony, which it did but it was facing other properties and held the aircon unit. Was not a balcony to sit on and admire the view. Didn’t bother us but may be disappointing if that’s what the occupier wanted to do.

Fantastic location, easy to get to from train station, at the start of the main strip and easy to get to coast and move around! Air con on arrival - we needed that cold room! Breakfast included was really nice touch as helps the budget too! Easy communication with staff!

Location was the only thing that impressed us.

We paid for breakfast. When inquired where it was first day took an hour to respond. In the meantime we went somewhere else and paid again. Eventually given the cafe name and asked to use Tiffany suite as a reference. 2nd day we found cafe 7 minutes walk when ordered asked where our voucher was never given one. 3rd day paid for our own again as not walking another 7 mins to get a dry croissant and coffee. Ran out of toilet paper had to ask for more, was dropped off. Room was only serviced after 2nd day we thought was every day. Advertised had a balcony but couldn’t be accessed as the blind wouldn’t go up. And blind didn’t go all the way to the floor letting light thru at night. We had to sleep with sleep masks on. Noise from nearby night club kept us awake from 11pm till 3am every night. Parking was free but still a 10 minute walk away. Not sure if we paid correct city tax 3 nights two people 24 euros ? And no receipt given.

We LOVED the location of the property! It is right on the main strip and so easily accessible to all of the shops and restaurants and only a short stroll down to the beachfront. The staff were very accomodating and helped us with any queries we had. The property also had an elevator (uncommon) which was great as we didn’t have to cart luggage up a few flights of stairs.

The breakfast was a pastry and a coffee so quite small. It was still nice but I would opt for the stay without breakfast if staying again.

Owner was incredibly accommodating and nice. He went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed are stay. Room was large, nicely appointed and had excellent air conditioning. Excellent breakfast at cafe!

Loved the room set up, it was spacious, simple, well equipped and in a beautiful building in the middle of everything. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. Hosts were super helpful, courteous and responsive, I felt terrible reaching out so much because they were so quick to reply and go above and beyond to answer my questions and assist me in any way they could. Super sweet hosts.

Everything was great, only minor detail is that because it’s wood floors, noises carried throughout, so if someone drops something in the room or goes through bags, the noise is a bit amplified, I personally didn’t mind, just hoped it wasn’t loud or disruptive to people outside of the apartment.

Good size room in a fantastically central location.

Non existent balcony when we specifically wanted one in our search criteria. VERY noisy building causing lack of sleep. Parking (whilst free) was too far away. Breakfast was very difficult to acquire in a completely different (and busy) cafe. Simple cake and coffee eventually. Reasonable rate to pay but if you advertise a balcony, parking and breakfast then make it easier. Generally disappointing.

Fantastic location in central Sorrento, right in the mix. Lovely spacious and clean room, brand new bathroom. Good storage and air-con. Very attentive host, always quick to reply if we had questions. Great value for money in a place that can be very expensive!

Some noise from downstairs bars, as you are very central, but they aren't open too late.
