There are one floor of steep steps to get to the first floor of the space. There is no microwave, so reheating leftovers couldn’t happen. The frig is a dorm size making it difficult for longer stays. A rental contract is required when you arrive on site. You must be checked out of the space which makes it difficult if the person checking you out is late and you have a taxi waiting. The fourth picture is the shower which is elevated and sets into the wall in the bedroom.

The location is superb. The apartment has a balcony with a bench seat that overlooks the square and Pantheon. The apartment has a separate toilet room (small) with bidet hose. The apartment is decorated perfectly. There are smart TV’s in living room area and bedroom. There is a plug on the headboard making easy to set up a charging station for gadgets. The location is close to Teco fountain and lots of restaurants. The picture of my husband shows the balcony in the background.

The noise late evening from up above outside the bedroom was bad, there was loud talking a machine (tumble dryer?) being used - sounded on outside bedroom window, all 3 nights from 11pm till midnight one of the nights.

The location is perfect. Walking distance to all the sights plus Parthenon on your doorstep.

If you’re a couple looking for a balcony stay in Rome, then look no further! I looked for months and took a chance on Casa Morgana and was not disappointed at all. I couldn’t imagine a better place to stay in the center of Rome. Elias was an exceptional host and was very attentive to our needs.

Loved absolutely every second of our stay!

Elias welcomed us warmly, personally helping with our luggage and chatting as we settled in. His thoughtful attention to our needs was remarkable—he even offered to unpack for us! A bottle of prosecco with a kind handwritten note awaited us, alongside chilled drinks and coffee essentials. What stood out most was the care for our comfort, including daily housekeeping and the option for a discreet turndown service all whilst making sure that we lacked nothing! The quality of the linens, towels, and bathroom amenities was top-notch. Watching the Pantheon in tranquil solitude from our room was a once-in-a-lifetime experience we will treasure forever.

Staying at this apartment was one of the best experiences of our trip! The location was amazing, the design and interior of the apartment was chic and comfortable, with great AC and a quiet bedroom while also being in the heart of the piazza della rotunda. The amenities provided inside were high end - hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner, etc. The bed was comfy.. I loved every part of our stay.

Excellent location. Easy walking distance to major sightseeing area. Views of Pantheon from balcony are stunning. We enjoyed the liveliness of the piazza. The apartment itself was comfortable and despite some street noise in the living room, the sound did not carry to the bedroom where you could rest and sleep in quiet.

Location, location but this has everything! Stand on the balcony overlooking the square and fountain, and straight into the Pantheon. Truly amazing.

In terms of facilities, there’s room for improvement. There was no WIFI available despite it being listed as available. The breakfast across the road wasn’t enjoyable and not worth going to. And the bathroom sink got clogged (not from misuse - just randomly clogged from water)
