I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean, very modern and beautifully designed. The staff welcomed us with unmatched kindness, and the breakfast was simply amazing. The location is unbeatable, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. We will definitely be coming back!

The location was perfect for our 1st trip to Rome. All major attractions are an easy and comfortable walking distance. The Hotel was modern, very clean and well maintained. The staff provided exceptional customer service. Special thanks to Mazia - who was always bright, cheerful and always ready to make our stay relaxing; Jacob for his help with navigating to landmarks & friendly chats. We truly were made very welcome by all. Will certainly recommend to anyone coming to Rome and hope to return again.

Palazzo Venere was an incredible hotel. From the moment we arrived and were warmly greeted to the decor of our room, everything was perfect. The hotel is an amazing location in the city center. I cannot wait to return to Rome and stay there again!

Palazzo Venere was an outstanding stay from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the hotel itself was beautifully designed—modern, elegant, and immaculately clean. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with great attention to detail. The location was ideal for exploring Rome, yet peaceful enough to relax after a long day. Truly a five-star experience in every sense—I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

The hotel doesn’t have comfortable common areas. It fews more like a residential apartment.

Property was extremely nice, high quality of room features and very nice bathroom. Location was amazing, allowed us nice breaks during the day. Staff for very friendly and forthcoming. Especially Marzia, with many great suggestions and ideas tailor made for our family. We warmly recommend Palazzo Venere and we will come back.

I would prefer a bottle of water will water for me every day in the room. (And not to be asked if I want one and than wait for it) It’s basic for a 4 star hotel.

Small boutique hotel in a great location, the room is well decorated, I really liked the design. the shower room is private (not like the modern glass doors) , breakfast was small but with very good verity. Staff was nice and helpful. Our room was on the 4th floor with private terrace which was great to seat and relax, there is only one like this at the hotel.

The elevator was quite small, so with a stroller, only one of us could ride at a time or we had to leave it downstairs. However, this seems to be fairly common in Italy, as many hotels and restaurants tend to be more compact than in other parts of Europe, so it wasn’t such a big problem.

- Excellent location — close to everything we needed - Super friendly and helpful staff - The kitchen staff were amazing — they helped us heat and prepare food for our baby. - The breakfast was modest but offered something for every taste and was delicious. - Spacious and clean bathroom that was well-maintained throughout our stay. They also included a cleaning kit for our baby, showing great attention to detail. - The hotel staff sent us in advance many recommendations for places to enjoy delicious local food, desserts, and fine dining restaurants and also places to visit.
