The hospitality and care we received was outstanding. Felt more like a spa than a hotel, reminiscent of Bali. The staff was helpful beyond all expectations. Location is very convenient, just outside the Old Town. The bed was very comfortable, and the eco-friendly approach to everything was appreciated. Breakfast was superb!

Everything was perfect

Staining property in an absolutely fantastic location: very central yet it is quiet and possible to park even in August! Super comfortable beds and pillows, an imposing old palazzo lovingly renovated and tastefully and luxuriously decorated. The most fantastic asset is the staff and service: we felt truly taken care of, from fantastic breakfasts to the most exquisite recommendations on travels to the booking of the restaurants and even beach clubs! I travel a lot staying in excellent hotels but this one is truly the best. Thank you, kind family of Palazzo Console for making our holiday so remarkable and pleasant!

The hotel is even more than you can expect from the photos shown on the website when we made the booking. The rooms are immaculate, very clean and extremely well designed. The beds sleep well and the air-conditioning (which is very needed in this part of Italy) does its job perfectly and quietly. The owners give you a personal treatment that you only receive in the best boutique hotels, without being overbearing or annoying. The breakfast is adjusted to your every need and served in a cozy breakfast space, just next to the small pool. Situated just on the outside of the very busy city center, this is truly a hidden gem. One you actually don’t want to praise too much because you are afraid everybody will start booking, running the risk that it would no longer remain ‘hidden’. This would however not be fair to the owners, who really were able to create and sustain something beautiful.

Can't think of any - maybe too many choices at breakfast we don't know which to pick!

It's me and my wife's first time visiting Lecce and what an absolute gem - you can tell from the moment you enter the premise that the owners pour their heart into the design / decoration of this place, everything is simply elegant and stylish. The place locates in a good area and feels very safe (even if walking at night). While the rooms and decorations are nice, what brings uniqueness to the place is the personality and hospitality of the host - Alberto and Annamaria are extremely friendly, attentive and reliable, they are always a text away and provide all we need to explore Lecce. They know the city very well and have excellent restaurant and shop recommendations. They are some of the most welcoming host I have met. The breakfast (which you can enjoy next to the pool area) is amazing - you can choose between Lecce local specialties and more traditional options. The breakfast lady Maria was also super welcoming and was very patient in explaining the local food culture. We absolute recommend this place to anyone who is interested in visiting Lecce - you won't regret it. We would recommend the room with the pool - great way to avoid the heat when the sun is too brutal. It's a nice place to relax and rest - while being very close to all the main attractions in Lecce. Beautifully designed by owner architects with a lot of attention to detail. Amazing breakfasts. But the real treat was the staff. Alberto, Maria and Mari, were super friendly and go out their way to make you feel at home and help you get the most out of your visit with very helpful recommendations. Will definitely come again!

There were nothing to dislike about it.

My mind was blown when I entered this classic palazzo and discovered its stunning, sleek interior design. As if the gorgeous aesthetics weren’t enough, Palazzo Console also welcomed me with the warmest, most inviting hospitality. Its location is perfect - just like its unforgettable breakfast. Probably the best place I stayed during this trip to Italy.

The pool was in the shade most of the day but still a great place to cool down after walking around in the hot sun.

Loved the vibe , tranquil and relaxing, loved the staff especially Roberto and Mari who couldn't do enough for you . The breakfast was made to order fresh and delicious and the location was ideal for walking around Lecce . There was nearby blue zone parking and we always found a space. If you wanted any advice about trips, booking restaurants or best beaches Alberto happily organised it for you . Mari's happy, enthusiastic greeting every morning at breakfast was delightful and set you up for the day.

The accommodation is very beautiful, modern, and furnished with great attention to detail. Two things deserve special mention: The delicious breakfast and the people working there. The room comes off the reception area, we thought this would be noisy, but actually, it was not and did not bother us at all.

Alberto and his partner were the perfect hosts. Nothing was ever too much trouble and we felt very welcomed. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice and everything was very freshly prepared. The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean and well taken care off. Would highly recommend staying at the property.

This place was next level. It definitely exceeded our expectations. The decor and presentation of the accomodation is superb. Alberto is super helpful and gave us perfect recommendations. Nothing was too hard. We had a car and it is very easy to find a park outside in the street. I was a bit hesitant because of this at first however it was never a problem. The pool is beautiful and perfect after a hot day out and about. Breakfast was special too. 11/10 for this stay.

Especially appreciative when I had to check out early at 8.30 to go the the airport , she came in early to arrange breakfast at 7.45 so I could have breakfast before heading to the airport

Palazzo Console is a beautiful Bed and Breakfast with a modern, minimalist interior yet still with the charm of a town-villa. This was seriously the best stay we ever had. Yes, the room (we had the suite with the whirlpool downstairs) was very nice and clean, but what made this stay so special was the people working there. We felt so welcomed and appreciated by Alberto (the owner) as well as Maria (the lady responsible for the service at the very delicious breakfast), it’s unbelievable. They were there for every question and request and incredibly attentive, warm and kind. Definitely book here if you are still unsure!!!
