This was a 15 min walk to Centro Storico - hotel was very clean. Staff was great at this hotel. They offered recommendations and were very friendly. Parking was easy and it was a short drive to Marzamemi (must see) and Ortigia.

The room is great, you even get a closet room! It's really big, the bathroom is big, and the walk is short and nice to get to the city centre. We even got a really big balcony with a good view of the Noto hills! The staff was great, and breakfast was good too. Parking is easy and reserved for guests nearby at a parking lot.

I arrived late at the hotel 8.30 pm The receptionist tried to find me a restaurant nearby that was open. they helped my wife to our room as my wife was walking with crutches. All with a smile simply wonderful caring people

Without exception all the staff at the Hotel were friendly , courteous and helpful . The front desk team were particularly kind in giving advice and guidance ( a special mention for Vincenzo ) for places to visit and eat , of which there are many in the Noto area. The excellent and vast traditional breakfast buffet was beautifully presented with the lovely breakfast staff always on hand to assist The Hotel itself is modern clean and tidy , has very good parking facilities and is ideally located as a base for visiting Noto and the many historic towns , sites and beaches in the area .

Front desk staff were all wonderful! Breakfast had lot’s of options! Great espresso! Lovely lady taking care of that area! Shower pressure was just wonderful. Hotel was very clean, bed was an A+. Air conditioner worked great! Great new props! Great free parking lot! Will be back again!

We booked this accommodation to visit the Flower Festival, 18min walk from the hotel to the Via Corrado Nicolaci on which for the festival it is paved with flower petals to create images based on a theme. This year 2023 the theme was films featuring Noto. The staff were very friendly and most helpful. The Hotel was superb, the room comfortable, well equipped, spacious and with a balcony looking out over the countryside. The bed was lovely. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice. Outside there is a lovely garden to sit in amongst the lemon trees. Free safe parking at the hotel. The old town is so worth visiting, rebuilt in the Sicilian Baroque style after the dreadful earthquake of 1693. Highly recommend visiting and staying at Hotel Netum Noto.

Was just a glorified Travellodge really , not many other residents so felt very vacant, bar area was just a bit tucked in a corner, waitress stood a foot away at breakfast . . . Waiting There was only two other people in there !

The thing which I really disliked was the very large, dominant, TV in the inside lounge area by the reception. I and my friends would have liked to use the lounge area but there were constant pop videos some quite tacky. When we asked for the sound to be turned down, it was, but we had to ask. One could sometimes hear it in the breakfast room. For such a nice looking and welcoming hotel it seemed inappropriate. It meant we could never sit in the lounge area. We would have liked to have come in in the evening and have a coffee or a drink and chat there. When I raised the subject as we were leaving I was told that we could of course use the outside area and that guests liked the background noise, but in the week we stayed, coming and going at different times, we never saw anyone use the area. My bed was quite hard. Some people might find the 10 minute walk into town in the evening (for a meal) a bit hard going but there is a parallel road which is nicer to walk along than the main road. Personally I appreciated the walk especially once I found the alternative route. It would be lovely if there were a swimming pool.....

The best thing about this hotel was the staff who were all unfailingly helpful and friendly. It is also a nice modern design and was a good location for the town and the region. Noto is very interesting and attractive; one could easily spend at least two days walking around it and sightseeing. It is also convenient for other interesting towns in the area including Ragusa and Scicli, and for the coast. The price seemed reasonable. My room was very pleasant, with an outside balcony, which I would recommend trying to secure as not every room has a balcony. There was a comfortable outside seating area which we made good use of.
