The place is located in a very nice area and there are many things to do there, like a common area with a small bar. Also, everything was really clean, the dorm was so comfy! The staff always seemed very friendly, specially Francesca, she was so nice with me and my friends!!

The badge system with smartphone was a bummer for me - I don't like having it with me the entire time

In the common kitchen there was free healthy food like vegetables and fruits available, also the free sparkling water in the common area I liked a lot. I loved the rooftop terrace, and other common areas

Staff serving the breakfast were speaks limited English and hard to communicate with.

Activities organized by the hostel are the best. We had chances talking to others which was fun. Cooking class is the best. Enjoyed it.

The AC didnt work for the last night :(

The stuff was exeptionally friendly. Most of them are spending their free time after/before work socializing with visitors. The bartender, Marco Polo/Mario is very friendly and energetic. The general mood is great. Everyday there are a couple of events to which you can participate.

Very beautiful place, good location, events every night, amazing people that is easy to meet. Clean and very comfortable. The best hostel I’ve ever been. But the biggest highlight was the staff. All Of them are amazing, very friendly and helpful.

The service is excellent! The atmosphere is unique and welcoming! You have the feeling of being at home. Overall, clean rooms and a very good location! The open kitchen is the most unique thing I ve ever seen in a hostel!

The private room is really spacious, clean and functional. It was better than some of the hotel rooms I've stayed at during my trip. The vibe at the hostel was really great, and people are very friendly!

the bed doesn't have any curtain kind of things to avoid lights. if it would then it could be better.

Hostel Employees was too kind and warmly people. During my visit they always positive and helpfully.

Key card is through phone and I couldn’t get it to work so I had to keep entering the pin but not the end of the world Room was on the 5th floor and my only qualm was that the elevators are a little dodgy but once you’re inside it’s fine.

This was a fun hostel to stay at, I made some friends even though I only stayed the one night. I stayed in a private room but that didn’t stop me from socialising with those around me in the communal areas. Location is close to the Toledo metro station, so it was extremely easy to get to from garibaldi station. Galleria Umberto is also a 10 mins or less walk.

It's central located but the best part was fun. There is so many thins to do. They are all so friendly, free drinks, free food all over the place. My stay was short but I want to come back to Naples just to be in this hostel again.

The metal bunk bed creaked loudly every time the person above me moved. Since the hostel hosts frequent parties, noise easily comes in whenever someone opens the door to the room. Unfortunately, one of my roommates snored, so if you plan to stay here, I recommend bringing earplugs.

The place was clean, the staff was very friendly, and it’s located just steps from Garibaldi station.

Its a great place to stay it if you are looking for a social hostel. They have many things you can do and different classes you can take. The staff is quite wonderful too. Would recommend.

It was a bit noisy at night, but it's a hostel, it's still understandable.

Good location, it is close to the metro station. There are two bathrooms in our room that share with 8 people. We don't need to wait.
