One of the other rooms had a bed bug problem so the hostel moved all those girls into our room. Location is central to everything however the walk from the nearest train station felt very unsafe.

Good location, friendly staff, and good breakfast.

The bathroom tiles are very dirty, the drain is clogged, and I left with lots of bedbug bites. This isn't good, I have a lot of bites.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hostel, the staff are so lovely. The breakfast is cooked everyday freshly and the beds are comfortable. If you are travelling solo, you will easily make new friends :)

A nice, clean hostel in a great location with huge, modern rooms. The showers could use some improvement, as there’s little privacy and water tends to leak, leaving the area wet; there’s also no convenient place to put your belongings except on a chair outside the shower in the shared bathroom. Breakfast, however, was excellent—one of the best I’ve had in hostels, with omelettes, baked vegetables, cakes, and more.

The stay was comfortable, but the typical hostel community vibe was missing; it feels more suited to travelers who enjoy their own space and peace rather than social interaction.

    Clean and confortable beds

It was way too hot inside. There are ACs, one in the kitchen that was literally never on and one in the rooms, that is off up until 19h. So if you come back earlier there is no fresh spot in the hostel

Staff very nice, explained everything calmly and gave a lot of facilities. Very comfortable bed and plenty of showers and toilets.

In the part of the bathrooms outside the room, in the showers if you looked out a bit you could be seen from the men's bathroom. In my room I had the bed next to the door, so I could hear the door all the time when someone came in (as you had to use a lot of force and it sounded a lot), it was a bit annoying.

The location was very central and a short walk to the main street. I loved that access to teh room and storage was with a bracelet. It made accessing everything very convienent.

    - Clean - breakfast was a nice spread - free luggage storage - location is great to see a lot of the tourist spots, close to a metro station and a train station to connect you to the central station - I felt pretty safe as a solo traveling female (I live in NYC) - the garden is nice and relaxing when the mosquitos aren't biting - quiet, chill hostel, but I made a few friends with the people in my room

    - the bathroom could use shelves to store our things while we shower and trash bins to toss feminine products and other bathroom rubbish - would prefer actual lockers that fit my backpacking backpack than the storage under the bed, which I only put valuables and toiletries, while my travel backpack and everyone else's backpacks and suitcases took up valuable floor space or got in our way of opening our under the bed locked storage - locked storage for the upstairs bed is under the downstairs bed so it's awkward accessing it while someone is sleeping on the bed - AC was ok - I felt like the price was a bit high for what the hostel is, but everything cheaper had poor reviews and ratings

Location is close the Spanish quarter which is nice. The room itself seemed clean.

BEDBUGS! I found a bedbug on my second day and brought it to reception. The manager wasn’t very interested and also didn’t offer me a new bed. The next day I woke up with bites all over my body and also other people in the dorm found bed bugs too so we all demanded to change room. I did end up getting 50% of my money back as they could see the bites all over my body! The hostel also isn’t very social, the only chill out area is the garden and there are lots of mosquitoes too. Unfortunately I didn’t have a great experience.

    Close to most attractions

Bathrooms weren’t super clean. And there was issues with other rooms having bed bugs which probably means all rooms have them.

The hostel is close to Toledo, it is convenience to visit the city center The staffs are nice and helpful

The AC is weak and we don’t have the remote control to adjust the temperature. The room is pretty hot during summer. The room is big but the space is shallow, the beds are so close to each travellers making we little bit embarrass
