The breakfast wasn’t varied enough. The bathroom is big but the shower is a bit small (I’m a tall guy 186)

The hotel is really good The location is perfect, it’s in the heart of Torino, near to practically everything, about 3 mins away from the main station Porta Nuova and it’s a walking distance to many attractions and sights. The staff is very nice and helpful, always present and provide what you ask for. The room are very clean. Overall I recommend this hotel ( it was my second time there)

The room was cleaned everyday. I liked the buffet breakfast. The staff was very welcoming. We used public transport and the hotel is close to bus stops and train station.

Not that it’s necessary, but I would only suggest adding a bit more variety to the breakfast. The quality was excellent either way.

Spotlessly clean and perfectly tidy! The room was very comfortable, with AC and all the little amenities that make a stay enjoyable. Located in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk from the train station. The staff were truly wonderful—always ready to help, unfailingly polite, and pleasantly discreet. Definitely a well-earned 10/10!

The hotel does not have an AC, which was a problem since I was there during one of the heatwaves. There was also a noisy night incident, where one guest was having an argument with someone from the reception in the corridor at 3am, while another seemingly drunk person was there. I had to get out of my room to tell them to shut up and even then the other guest wanted to tell me all about his life and me to take his side while the lady from the reception did not do anything to shut him up. I have no clue what the deal was, but for me it's unacceptable that the lady from the reception let the guy scream in the corridor at 3am without at least suggesting that they go to an office downstairs to argue. It's a pity because other than that I really liked the hotel.

The hotel is very well located close to the Torino Porta Nuova station, and the facilities (bed, bathroom) etc. were nice. I also like the breakfast.

We had two night's in this lovely hotel which was within walking distance of the city centre. It took about 20 minutes and there was also a tram line close by. The room was very comfortable, breakfast just what an Italian breakfast should be with a great choice. The hotel staff could not have been more helpful and welcoming.

Opening top part of a first-floor window is kinda challenging. If you are of a small height, you have no chances.

Quite cozy rooms, though small. Cleaning every day. Air-conditioning included, no extra charge. Also tea and teapot were included in the room's price. Tasty breakfast of smorgasbord type for just 9 euro per breakfast. Very communicative and cheerful staff at the reception, always ready to help, answered all of my questions. Enjoyed my stay completely!

It had weird smell in the bathroom, after some time it dissapears (didn’t enjoy that). Everything outside the door can be heard (all the walking and talking) might disturb if you are sleeping in.

Its clean, comfortable bed, the showers had very good pressure. In a good location. Staff is very friendly.

Great location 10 mins walk from Porta Nuova station, close to all sights in a quiet side street. Good value breakfast, nearby restaurants, friendly staff, clean hotel. Would definitely recommend.
