It was perfectly located. It was spotless. The staff were absolutely fantastic, the whole holiday was made extra special by how great the stay was. They couldn’t do more for me my wife and baby son Anzio. Can’t wait to return.

The air condition was not very efficiant, barely made the room cooler and was very loud. Difficult to reach if you travel by train... I think the price for one night was too expensive.

Our room had air-conditioning, but it wasn't super strong. The outside temps were really hot, so it might just be difficult to keep rooms cool. This has nothing to do with the hotel, but If you want to go to the beach you should book ahead of time. We were turned away from 3 beaches because they were fully booked. We did find one with space and held our chairs for 2 days.

The hotel is in a quiet location very near the beaches. The entire staff were absolutely the nicest people! The breakfast had many options to choose from, and everything was delicious. Our room was lovely and quite large. We even had a balcony. We never needed our car while we were there and the hotel is walking distance to many wonderful restaurants. This was a magnificent beach get away.

Everything was amazing

Room on the third floor has bad noise isolation (you can hear water from shower and toilets)..

Kind and helpful personel. Optional dinner. Location close to the see less than 200m (beach cost 30evrov), but to the free public beach around 30minutes walk or 6minutes by car. Parking at the hotel (in the garden).

If you are a light sleeper the compressors for air con are on the roof and are a little noisy if on the top floor. The views however made up for it for us.

The staff were very friendly and only too happy to assist booking meals at short notice, arranging taxis, directions etc.

Minor thing what could be improved - the air conditioning was a bit old and noisy, my husband was complaining that he couldn't turn it on in the night.

Our experience with the hotel was excellent! We arrived late and it was not possible to get a baby cot anymore, but the manager brought us a bed fence and we could arrange a perfect bed for our children. Besides that the staff was extremely nice and friendly. Our room was spacious and clean, bathroom had all the facilities we need. the bonus was a see view.

The hotel staff and the hotel manager were truly client oriented. A huge compliment to all of them, including the restaurant and the cleaning staff :) They did the extra mile with every request we had, like providing us with a fridge without having to ask for it (to storage baby food mainly) and even buying a clothes rack to hang our clothes after doing the laundry or hanging our towels and swimwear after coming from the beach. We felt like at home with our baby. Cleaning service was perfect and the breakfast was delicious and with great variety. We also recommend Bagno Ninetta as the couple who run it are very friendly. We won't hesitate to come back if we consider doing holidays in that region.

Perhaps parking was not clearly indicated that it was behind the building and how to get there. I used my navigation system and this led me to the front of the hotel in a narrow street. Perhaps some clearer signs would make finding the parking easy.

Good location for my work visits. The staff were super friendly and helpful. It makes tour stay so much nicer.
