Everything was pleasant, I just think the reception staff should be more welcoming and smile at those who have just made a journey from the train station to the hotel.

Hi, the hotel was very pleasant, traveler friendly, clean. Breakfast was better than expected, it was quiet and comfortable. The food is delicious and varied. We are a couple + 2 and there was definitely plenty of space in the room for all the equipment and us. The room is clean and quiet. We will definitely be back

General sense of lack of cleaning. Bin left unemptied in room when we arrived. Tables in bar / seating area left unwiped for long periods, evdn following morning. Aircon was noisy. Towels and bed linen not changed and dust in air in room. I have stayed in Meininger hotels before and this was the poorest experience to date.

Location is great, near to metro line, safe and relatively quiet with supermarket, restaurants and coffee/bistros nearby.

just really the room its not pure bedbunks sp there are beds sitring one beside the other and toilet also is inside. so its uncomfortable beeing seen by other guest and you also will be woken up middle of the night with the bathroom lights and some other guest coming in at 2am. Unless your cool with this its fine. but if you prefer more privacy, i woild recommend this kind of set up.

location is really good jst 5-8min walk to roma termini. nice lobby with a bar and kitchn also is complete with fridge microwave abd washing machine you can wash your clothes. staff are nice as well

I got 2 spider bites from staying that night. Also the plugs won't work unless the keycard was inserted in the wall, so when the 1 person who had her keycard left, we weren't aware that are electronics weren't getting charged for a long time.

A bit strange layout for hostel, there are double beds in shared room. Also, electricity is turned on by inserting a card which is not really useful when there are a lot of different people in the room.

No charm, a chain where it all felt very predictible and the staff was trained in what to say. Most of all I didnt like the fee of 10 euros to leave the bags for a while between check out and leaving Rome..Never ever have to pay for that before.

Bathroom just needed a deeper clean then it would have been a 9. Towels were lovely and soft.

It provided a great base whilst we were out sight seeing. You could trailer your holiday to dine out or head to the supermarket next door and use the facilities to travel on a budget. Great vibe, great for families or young travellers.

I stayed at 5 bed female dormitory which was a wrong decision. The lockers inside are just drawers not suitable for backpacks or trolley bags. Padlock info was not given to my roomates in detailed, how they could lock the drawers inside the room or they could purchase padlock from them instead of paying 20 EUR for locker for 4 days. The bigger lockers with code are outside of the rooms and not free, 4.5 Euro per day. The toilet and shower were at the same room with no privacy. 5 girls should wait for each other to have shower or toilet. On my second day , my sleep was definitely disturbed by the new roommates at 4, 5, 6 AM. It was not private room, the entrance time limit should be put for the night. Also finding hair in my towel which supposed to be clean on my first arrival. Although it was changed by cleaner, it was not nice to face this case.

The location was good. Just 7-8 minutes walk from Termini, but the metro station Castro Pretorio was closer than Termini. The staff at the reception were kind but one of them did not inform properly on arrival.

There was hair in the room and bathroom. Stained textile furniture is difficult to clean and probably full of bacteria. I don't know how such furniture that is difficult to clean and disinfect is allowed in rooms used by many people. Drain smell from outside as my room was located on the ground floor. Noisy air-conditioning and air-conditioning sound outside. Bad sound insulation.

Good location, supermarket nearby, spacious room, welcoming staff. Breakfast adequate for the price. Nice towels. Good if you don't plan to stay in the room.

The cleaness was bad. when we check in a quadruple room the sofa bed has not ready(no sheets) ,floor are dirty.And there is still leftover cookies on the floor under the cupboard from the previous guest.Thanks to two nice staff “Marc and Ali” who has been helping us to solve the problem. The room walls are thin, you can clearly hear sounds from outside.

The walls in the room were very dirty, we were not allowed to open the window (it was blocked to prevent smoking), the shower cabin door was broken, the room was very small compared to the pics and some of the staff were very arrogant

I came with a group for 3 days . Then I stayed 2 extra days after the group left. I liked the hostle location is close to the train central station and near to the bus station . The breakfast was so good and the staff their was smiley and nice. I also would like to thank Ali from the reception staff، Ali was so helpful he answered all my questions and he tried to accommodate me and my friend in getting the beds that we want in a doorm . Thank Ali for all your help. Definitely I would like to stay again in MEINNGER.
