However, I wasn’t very pleased with some issues during my stay, for example, spending an entire hot night without air conditioning. Unfortunately, that’s not something the receptionist could fix overnight, and he was kind and professional, but it would be great if the hotel made sure all appliances were working properly beforehand, especially since I paid for a room expecting AC. Another thing is that the power went out during my stay and it was during the night omg, which had never happened to me before.

I really appreciated how polite and helpful the front desk staff were when it came to solving problems. The location is amazing and everything is CLEAN!! I love it :)

The bathroom is a little bit small for taller people. The room doors should have an interior lock and the small hole to see who is knocking the door. Some noise can be heard when other guests are coming to their rooms.

Excellent communication and service. We chose the booking with breakfast and it was a very good and complete breakfast. The rooms I stayed were recently renovated and they look beautiful. The hotel has a charming interior patio. The hotel is well located and very close to central station.

The bar closed late afternoons. Not open in the evenings. The breakfast was not the usual buffet breakfast, it was handed to you on a tray.

The listing shows a lovely garden— but there are not places to sit and it’s not really party of hotel. You can glimpse it walking to elevator.

Very close to the Termini train station. Clean & comfortable room. Staff is friendly & helpful.

The neighborhood can get a bit noisy. The bed was quite uncomfortable (which was okay since our nights were short anyways).

The hotel is conveniently located close to Termini which was great for our arrival (late by train) and departure (early by plane). Also, it is within walking distance from Santa Maria Maggiore (3 min) and Colosseum (20 min). The breakfast is really nice (next to bread, yogurt, fruit there are very tasty croissants and good coffee), everyday you get to choose from a friendly lady who likes to sing.

    • There’s no soundproofing—you can hear everything from the hallway and nearby rooms, which made it hard to sleep comfortably. • The bathroom was quite small, though that seems to be common based on reviews of other hotels in the area. • We had requested a double bed, but were given two single beds pushed together. They kept sliding apart, which affected our sleep. • The building is quite old and room is also not that big. There is a lift, but it’s a very old-style one that fits only two people. You have to manually open and close the door. Still, it works fine.

    • The location is excellent—just a short walk (less than 10 minutes) from Termini Station, making it incredibly convenient for travel around Rome or to/from the airport. You really can’t ask for a better location in terms of connectivity. • The reception staff were lovely—very warm and welcoming. They speak English and are available 24/7. • The breakfast was good, with a nice Italian variety: croissants, ham and cheese sandwiches, fruits, juice, coffee, etc. • We were allowed to leave our luggage at the property both before check-in and after check-out, which was very convenient. • The room was decent and had everything we needed: functioning air conditioning, a TV (though we didn’t use it), a kettle, hair dryer, towels, toiletries, etc. • There are plenty of food options right on the same street as the hotel, including cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores

The breakfast arrangement was confusing. It was not clear what to do and what was available for breakfast. It's like a side cafe that is open to the public as well. The hotel needs to make it clear, it didn't feel well organised.

We found sticky drink glass rings on top of the nightstands when we arrived, but otherwise the cleanliness was okay. Room temperature was not enough warm or duvet should be thicker.

Well equipped (hair dryer, tea boiler, tea, towels, etc.) Good location (two corners from Termini station) Breakfast: Fresh, varied, not limited (but not self-service)

    - Not luxurious...so what?

    - Useful when in transit through Termini station - It is functional hotel, nothing luxurious - Do not stay here for the surroundings or neighborhood! - Easy access to Rome's transportation system, local eateries, and services. - Staff makes an effort to be pleasant and helpful - Fair value for $.

The hotel needs a little update, the keys to the hotel doors were hard to use and the walls are quiet thin so when 2 other guest on my floor left early in the morning it woke me up too

The location of this hotel was amazing, right next to the main train station! Plus the staff were incredibly helpful and kind to me

Not the hotel's fault, but it seemed as though just 2-3 blocks (closer to Termini of course) over is a famous street for picking up people at night for services, if anyone knows what I mean... I didn't feel unsafe walking there with my friend at night, but it is worth noting. The bed was more stiff than what I am used to, but not uncomfortable either!

The staff at reception was very friendly, they cleaned the room every day and would leave new towels if we requested, the air conditioner worked very well and cooled the room fast. The bathroom was a good size, the shower was clean, and they provided small soaps and shampoo. It was around a 20 minute walk to the Colosseum and an 8 minute walk to Termini Station but the street itself was never loud at night! Close to some restaurants with good prices for breakfast and dinner! It was good value for price, I would definitely stay here again.
