I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is central, within walking distance to all the main attractions and iconic streets. There are plenty of lovely restaurants, cafés, and boutiques nearby. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Special thanks to the amazing front desk staff, Olga and Ruben. I’m especially grateful to Olga for her warm hospitality, attentive care, and excellent recommendations. It’s a pity we stayed only one night, but we will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

I liked everything about the property.

The staff were fantastic. The warmth starts at reception and filters through everyone who works there. Nothing is too much trouble. Our room was big and very comfortable…. And quiet.

From the moment we arrived the staff could not have been more accommodating. Akin to being welcomed by old friends. Friendly and helpful staff at the attached restaurant served great food and never rushed us away. The location was remarkable. One member of our family has some mobility issues, and so many favorite spots were easily reachable from this beautiful hotel. The small bar they recommended around the corner served well priced and delicious breakfasts.Taxis in Rome are like searching for diamonds, but the Metro was just a short walk and easy to negotiate. The rooms were both charming and elegant, the bathrooms out of a design magazine, the beds heavenly, and although tiny, the elevator served us well. Our grandchildren adored their room with several little hidden alcoves. Ruben was available by day, and had a perfect command of English, the other members of staff were equally delightful. We cannot imagine finding a happier spot in Rome.

The hotel is situated just below the Spanish Steps, right in the heart of Rome’s vibrant shopping and dining district. The location is superb, the hotel itself is outstanding, and the accommodation is wonderful. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was seamless. I fell in love with everything about Rome and would gladly return, even if the hotel rates are higher.

Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Service I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this beautiful hotel. Every staff member was incredibly warm and helpful. The central location couldn't be more convenient for exploring the city - I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit. Although the bed and pillows are a little bit softer, my overall experience was excellent thanks to the team's attentive service. This hotel clearly prioritizes guest comfort and satisfaction.
