Excellent location with beach front access. The hotel has style and elegance. Great facilities and excellent customer service from all staff who were very friendly & helpful. A special mention to Sandro for his assistance at check in and service during our stay. Breakfast was very good with a great variety of food. Definitely recommend a stay here!

The bidet in the toilet is unnecessary as you got the little wash shower head. It takes up the space and awkward position in the bathroom

We had a last minute booking at Maniace for our honeymoon and wow. We were met with a very unexpected upgrade and the staff went above and beyond making our night super special. Stefano went above and beyond. We had a beautiful evening of drinks on the Terrace which a wonderful writer who made the evening even more special. The room was beautiful, clean and super comfortable with breathtaking views of the water. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again.

We had a couple of issues during our stay (leaking shower and power outage) they were dealt with quickly and alot of care taken by staff and management.

Hotel is immaculately designed around the historic buildings past life. The design and fitout one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed.

Location is SUPERB! The rooms are beautiful and the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and I highly recommend having drinks at sunset in the hotel front terrace, the view is amazing and the drinks delicious (highly recommend the house wine)!

Unfortunately the management decided to use the small temporary parking area to extend the restaurant thus creating inconvenience to clients. The vale service was not reliable and not prompt.

I think more advise needs to be given regarding the valet parking when staying at hotel. As it’s impossible to park near the hotel . And you need to arrange parking space. The hotel was not easy to find as car hire sat nav advised needed to walk.

Amazing boutique hotel. Great staff, especially Sandro at the reception. The decor, the furnishings, everything oozes class. Owned by a wonderful family who were there during our stay. Location is terrific, just hop across for a swim in crystal clear water.

Coffee at breakfast could be improved

Loved the attention they paid to every detail (for example lavender sprayed on the pillows). The hotel is very well located (just in front of the public beach) and super stylish but yet classy. Super nice staff delicious breakfast and aperetivo

Valet Parking was expensive ( €40 p/d)

Our room had two balconies facing the water. It was perfectly relaxing and convenient to everything in Ortigia. The beach was across the road. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful boutique hotel.

The staff were all probably out of this world. Amazing. They've been trained well and enjoy their job of making it a wonderful experience. A really great spot on the island and we just walked everywhere
