The swimming pool is truly impressive – huge, sparkling clean, and simply beautiful! The room was basic but spotless and comfortable. What really made our stay special was the incredible service – everyone was so warm, welcoming, and always smiling. Thank you to the whole team for making our short stay such a memorable and wonderful experience!

There was nothing

Near the airport. Patio outside of the room. Breakfast was actually pretty decent. Staff was polite.

Everything. Pictures were misleading. Dirty room, dirty covers, walls were dirty, toilet and shower were semi broken. Pool was closed which was the main attraction. Could not control AC.

The beds offered a decent level of comfort, which made for a reasonably restful night. The hotel’s location was convenient, situated close to shops, restaurants, and other key amenities, making it easy to get around and explore the area without needing to rely too heavily on transportation.

Disappointing stay at Mancini Park Hotel. The staff were just average, offering little in terms of warmth or hospitality. Despite advertising multiple amenities, only the gym was available—no usable pool, no entertainment, and the bar was closed at night, leaving us to buy our own drinks and try to enjoy the pool area on our own. Room cleanliness was far below expectations. We found splattered mosquitos on the ceiling, dirty curtains, and a subpar shower—not what you’d expect for the price paid. While the beds were relatively comfortable, one of our friends even had to switch rooms after waking up to ants in their bed. The entire property could really use some much-needed maintenance and attention to detail. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t return or recommend it in its current state.

We had our Room changed twice since all of it was stinky and with alot of insects. No hot Water No Air-conditioning system Pool can't be used Gym all Rusty Insects everywhere and all over aswell in rooms during sleeping hours

Great facilities, Room door didn’t always close had to do extra checks before leaving. Staff generally friendly and helpful. Just one individual who wasn’t.

It is very close to Designers Outlet. Very clean and spacious rooms.

There was a continental breakfast included. And plenty of parking at the hotel. The rooms were a little dated but clean and very pleasant. The food in the restaurant in the evening was lush and reasonably priced

A bit dated

Great breakfast, lovely restaurant with super nice food. Pool area and the garden is great and also the staff is very nice and helpful.

The first room we got was not clean on the floor and can’t have been cleaned for weeks, due to the amount of dirt on the floor. No problem though in helping us to get another room. The hotel generally is quite worn down and would need a bit of renovation.

We stayed here for one night before flying out of FCO. The location is large. The pool is excellent. They have a small work out room as well. The food in the restaurant was good. It was a quick drive to FCO the next morning.

The rooms are quite dated. One sliding door didn't completely close/lock well on the balcony. There was a professional calcio team training at the facility so the service was maybe a bit slower as a result of feeding so many players/staff.
