The swimming pool is truly impressive – huge, sparkling clean, and simply beautiful! The room was basic but spotless and comfortable. What really made our stay special was the incredible service – everyone was so warm, welcoming, and always smiling. The rooms are quite dated. One sliding door didn't completely close/lock well on the balcony. There was a professional calcio team training at the facility so the service was maybe a bit slower as a result of feeding so many players/staff.

We stayed here for one night before flying out of FCO. The location is large. The pool is excellent. They have a small work out room as well. The food in the restaurant was good. It was a quick drive to FCO the next morning.

Some facility should be provided for overflow parking if there is an event taking place at the hotel. There appears to be a grassy area that could be used temporarily, at least in dry weather or if reinforced with a "beehive" type plastic matting.

Very good buffet breakfast. Pleasant swimming pool, with lifeguard on duty. Parking is adequate when there is no event taking place. Main gate closes at midnight, but there is a night concierge. About a five minute walk to the Pontina road if taking a bus into Rome centre.

the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was a generous size, unfortunately when we visited the swimming pools were not open ( too early in the season, apparently this is standard in Italy ) the breakfasts were very tasty and plenty of it, everywhere in the hotel was clean, neat and well kept.

Very much outdated.

Pretty much outdated hotel. I was expecting something better. BUT: all necessary featurs were acceptable and working. Room.bathrrom was clean. I had free parking. Breakfast was nothing special but OK. So at the end it was very much OK for 1 nigth as a tranzit stay. Certainly would not spend here my summer vacation. Staff was kind no argument in this respect.

Needs better maintenance also we had a room close to the Reception and you could hear everything.

There was a problem with the plumbing as a pungent smell was coming out of the bidet and sink. I had to cover the holes with towels overnight to control the smell

Staff are extremely friendly and professional. The room was very big and spacious. The shower is excellent . Bed sheets changed daily. The 706 bus to the metro station is only a 5 minute walk.

Everything. Pictures were misleading. Dirty room, dirty covers, walls were dirty, toilet and shower were semi broken. Pool was closed which was the main attraction. Could not control AC.

Disappointing stay at Mancini Park Hotel. The staff were just average, offering little in terms of warmth or hospitality. Despite advertising multiple amenities, only the gym was available—no usable pool, no entertainment, and the bar was closed at night, leaving us to buy our own drinks and try to enjoy the pool area on our own. Room cleanliness was far below expectations. We found splattered mosquitos on the ceiling, dirty curtains, and a subpar shower—not what you’d expect for the price paid. While the beds were relatively comfortable, one of our friends even had to switch rooms after waking up to ants in their bed. The entire property could really use some much-needed maintenance and attention to detail. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t return or recommend it in its current state.

The beds offered a decent level of comfort, which made for a reasonably restful night. The hotel’s location was convenient, situated close to shops, restaurants, and other key amenities, making it easy to get around and explore the area without needing to rely too heavily on transportation.
