The shower could have been one size bigger.

Excellent location, helpful staff and easy check-in. Also the staff let us check in early and leave our luggage for a few hours after checking out. Not all hotels in Rome accept this so it was a big plus.

This accommodation was very clean in beautiful surroundings and very convenient to train station. The bathroom is compact but fine for our needs. Lots of restaurants very close by.

The doors were a little thin. We also had to pay tax 28€ in total to the owner but we didn’t know anything about that and there was nothing discussed about that.??

It was okay. We could check in at 10:00 which was amazing. Room was located in a building with multiple apartments and had a closed yard. There are restaurants near by.

The place is basic but clean and comfortable enough. Location is great since it’s next to the station and well connected to public transport. The AC was perfect and the host was kind and accommodating. A fair place for what you pay, good for short stays when you spend most of your day outside.

As a cheap option, the place is not very comfortable. The towel was ragged, but during my stay the towels were changed. There was no remote control for air-conditioning.

The location is excellent. The property is very close to Termini. You can reach Colosseum and other places even on foot. There is a lot of restaurants and shops in the close vicinity. A small and beautiful garden in front of the tenement.

The location is excellent, Termini station is a few minutes away and the whole neighbourhood is full of eateries and shops.

It was a super cold in January. Just be ready for this.

This is a little hotel (just a 3 rooms). On the reception you can take coffee, tea and kettle. Thank you for this. - Simple room but super clean (!) - Very comfortable bed. - Good location near Termini station. - Every day cleaning. - Nice staff. The shower was broken (we didn't have hot water). The room is small but we didn't mind.

It was clean and quite. The location is good. It's a small room but it has everything that you need, if you don't spend too much time in there. The staff was nice, but we didn't have a lot of contact with them. You can have free tea and coffee and you can use a fridge. It has air conditioning.

-Check in process is to ring the owner on WhatsApp. We did and they declined our call 3 times. This was stressful. - Walls are thin and it is very clear when other residents are going up communal stairs and entering the small shared living complex. I could hear when the room next door would cough. This was very annoying as they were sick and up all night coughing. - Housekeeping were very loud and were surprised every day to know someone was occupying our room. I feel this should have been communicated. - Shower was broken, it did not stand up on its own and took 5 minutes for the hot water to run.

The water pressure was low in the shower.

Good location, the bed was very comfortable, free fast wifi, the heating was always on, there were freebies in the room (shampoo, soaps) and the kitchen was equipped with coffee and tea. The cleaning lady was very friendly, and so were the neighbours! The neighbourhood wasn't dangerous at night but the latest we got home was at 11pm.
