Beautiful property, perfect location right in the middle of town but also in a quiet street to have a restful nights sleep. Easy check in and check out met by the owner who was absolutely lovely. Apartment nice and clean. The apartment had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again if ever in polignano :)

Domenico the host was absolutely wonderful, full of recommendations for polignano a mare and beyond and the place was fantastic!! Located super close to the train station and a tiny walking distance to everything, it was a perfect place for our week long stay.

The staff kindly met us upon arrival and gave us pointers on restaurants and places to see. The place was next to the centro and the beach, so the location was amazing. It was such a cute and cozy home and we will definitely be back!

Our stay at the small but comfortable duplex in Polignano a Mare was nothing short of delightful. Situated just a stone's throw away from the charming old town, this duplex offers both convenience and tranquility. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the owner, who was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. His warm hospitality truly made us feel at home. The duplex itself was cozy yet well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights of this accommodation is its proximity to the train station, restaurants, and supermarkets – all within a convenient 5-minute walk. This made it incredibly easy to explore the local area and sample the delicious cuisine that Polignano a Mare has to offer. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Polignano a Mare. Whether you're visiting for a weekend getaway or an extended vacation, I highly recommend this charming duplex. Dominico, our host, was incredibly nice and welcoming. We had a bunch of valuables stolen from our car before arriving, so got delayed because we had to go to the police station. He was flexible with our arrival and great a communicating. He helped us find a secure parking spot for our car overnight, and let us check-out later without additional charge. Even gave us a little parting gift of a bag of taralli crackers for our onward journey.

I liked everything!

I loved my stay in this place. It's small but it has everything you need. The location is fantastic. But, most importantly, Mr Domenico, the host, is AMAZING! I can't recommend this place more. The pictures are very accurate and the area felt very safe.

Shower is super super tiny (as many in Italy) and communication with the host in the beginning was a bit delayed.

Very clean and centrally located apartment. All the necessary facilities including two big bottles of water. Bed comfy, AC worked good and internet strong. Host kind and helpful with enough English. Very close to old town and train station. Good restaurant rec too:)

Dominic the host was fantastic! He was so welcoming and friendly. We had a very late train and Dominic was willing to wait up for us. Also, one of our guests was unwell and Dominic helped out with finding a doctor and medicine which we are so grateful for. He made the stay seemless and enjoyable. Thank you Dominic! The facilities were great and the location was perfect, right near the centre of town.

This place is a tiny gem! It’s super central and has everything you need for visiting around. The bed is super comfortable, the shower has always warm water and even it’s on the ground level it’s super silent when closing the doors / windows (we had the one on top open and it was just fine) Would highly recommend this place for staying some days exploring the surroundings. The host is also the sweetest - just saying 😉 For people arriving with their own car - there’s free parking directly next to the train station - which is only 5 minutes from the apartment

The location is very centric: centro storico, beach Lama Monachile, supermarkets and cafes are close and easily accessible. The landlord was kind and helpful. Apartment was clean with good air conditioner and other amenities.

There is nothing to complain!

Polignano a mare is beautiful, and the house was a convenient base to explore the place. But more that that Domenico has been an exceptional host to us. He is responsive and patient, showed us around a bit and even went out of his way to get us information. We’ll alway remember Polignano a mare with his hospitality and his lovely place in our mind

Domenico is a great host! Everything was as described, clean and comfy. All advises were useful. The flat is perfectly situated, has separate entrance, and you can park your car for free just in 300 meters from it.

Everything is Ok!

The property is exactly as it appears in the photos. The owner is very helpful. I went during the Easter period and even on a festive day, it answered me completely. The owner gave tips on places to visit and restaurants. The apartment is very clean and has a lot of facilities. It is 3 minutes from the historic center and 4 minutes walking from the station. When I return to Polignano I will definitely stay here again.

This was the nicest stay I have had for long time. The host is absolutely lovely, very happy to support his guests in anyway and just most helpful. The room itself immaculately clean and pleasant, with mezzanine bedroom, bathroom spotless, well ventilated. Location great 1 min walk from amenities, and the town is beautiful.

I recommend this apartment. Located in the center of Polignano a Mare also close to everywhere. Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Inside there is a small kitchen so you can prepare food for yourself. Very nice and helpful owner - will advise and even left two bottles of large water in the fridge ♥️. An apartment worth the price. See you next year!!! 🙂

The location was perfect- just between the train station and the center, all walking distance. The appartment was cosy and clean. The owner was very nice- he gave me useful tips for the trips around and for the restaurants where to eat well. If I return to Polignano, I will choose this place again.
