Room is new, clean, pretty decent size for a family of 4 and in the good location. They have an agreement with the garage near by so we got a discount for 24h parking.

Unlike every other accommodation we stayed in in Italy, this one doesn't post the city tax (which was also the highest we saw) so it isn't included as part of the price as is normal. This gives it an unfair advantage in a search if you set a price limit. This added 6.5 € per person per night to our stay (13 € for one night). We were also surprised that there were no glasses in the room, not even plastic cups, which is unusual.

Friendly staff. Clean and central apartment. Close to the bus and train stations and with many shops and restaurants nearby. Easy walk to all the city centre attractions. Handy microwave for guest use.

It was a little bit noisy. I wish the instructions were made a little more clear. Like how to open the outside gate. We were not told/shown where to push the button so we could open the gate from inside without keys

Close to the train station, the staff is friendly. The room is clean and tidy. The problem is the noise, we can hear everything from the streets and this street is very busy. We cannot sleep well. Earplugs are necessary for people who are sensitive to noises.

Actually there is nothing that I didn't like but if someone really wanted to find a flaw I could say: the absence of a small refrigerator.

Perfect location, close to downtown and walking distance from the train station where you can also get the "Marconi Express" that brings you directly at the airport. The room is clean and well organized, really good value for money.

If you want to avoid problems getting to the reception, you need to read the instructions carefully. The B&B is located in the building of an insurance company and there is some security.

Place was fine for an overnight stay. Location was a bit tough to find and get into. Overall area was a bit rough at night. Having a pizza nearby and an individual on a bike threw a beer bottle at the building. Very unsettling. Coffee place nearby was great!

Communication with host was somewhat difficult and some street noise in the evening.

The B&B is located only a short walk from the train station. Also, the city bus is 5 min. and takes you to the center city for 1.50E (to walk is 15-20 min). Many restaurants are located very close by and the area is safe for walking even in the evening. Rooms are very clean and nice!

It’s called a B&B but they didn’t have breakfast. However, there are cheap breakfast options nearby and this was not much of an issue. It was also a little hard to find but the owner was quick to answer and super helpful.

I liked the location, I recommend going to Il Panino for a cheap and delicious sandwich. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and the room has AC but I only used it once.
