Extremly friendly and helpful staff, included transportation and song! When reporting a minor problem it was solved quickly. A recently renovated bathroom including washingmachine and dryer was perfect. Breakfast on the roofterass was just amazing.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Claudio’s B&B, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. As a solo female traveler, feeling safe and comfortable is always my top priority, and from the moment I arrived, I was treated like family. Claudio and his wonderful family go above and beyond to make you feel at home, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made my stay incredibly special.The location is perfect—just a short walk to the charming old town and the beach, which makes exploring Otranto so easy. Claudio is a fountain of knowledge about the region, always offering the best tips and recommendations for places to visit and hidden gems around the area. Whether you're looking to discover the beauty of Otranto or explore further afield, his advice is invaluable. One of the highlights of my stay was the incredible concerts Claudio hosts on the terrace. There's something magical about listening to live music, surrounded by great company. It truly added a unique touch to the whole experience and made my stay even more memorable. I can’t recommend this B&B enough. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home, with an amazing host, and a perfect location to explore Otranto, this is it. I’ll definitely be back!

Everything! It’s above and beyond in hospitality and genuine warmth from Claudio the owner. He picked me up at the train station - gave me a little tour of the town - the accommodation is in a perfect location to walk to the old town and to the beach under the fortress where I swam alone every morning in bliss. Then there is the stunning huge rooftop where breakfast is served and if you’re lucky Claudio sings beautiful Italian songs - it was surreal. The room was large and spotless. This is a really really special place where you feel part of the family and perfect for solo travellers. Just book it.

Breakfast was cheap and sparse. Certainly not comparable to the other B&B’s I’ve stayed at. Electronic “music” was stopped and started 100 times one night for 2 hrs. First accommodation out of 30 that had cash payment only. Owner lives on the property.

Close to historic centre and very clean and modern. Good linen and towels. Bathroom down the hall was for my exclusive use, however there was other people’s stuff in there, including lube! Lol Bed was the usual very hard bed and 2 singles pushed together. Wifi and air con excellent Husband and wife very hospitable and I was given a ride to the stazione.

Host was very supportive. Helped me find a restaurant to eat, which was quite difficult as many restaurants for closed. Let me use the kitchen so I could make a coffee early in the morning before I left. Help me make some ice to use on an ankle I had hurt

La ozza B&B is one- of- a kind place in Otranto. Claudio’s ( the owner) hospitality was outstanding and made us feel right at home. What a wonderful experience it has been staying at your place, singing together. We stayed as a two couple in two rooms and the rooms were very clean and spacious, spotlessly maintained,. You were so accommodating and friendly throughout the entire process, which made staying here an absolute delight.Hope to see you again.

Everything was just perfect

Claus was the best host you could have. Communication was exceptionally good, he welcomed me and showed me around the city and beautiful spots around the city, he gave me the best tips about places to visit and dinner spots and he just makes you feel like home and that you belong there! The location is perfect the room is super big and comfortable, amazing bed! And best breakfast Views from the rooftop! It is definitely an amazing place to stay in Otranto, you fall in love with it! We stayed for three nights. Location is close to the old town, but in a nice and quiet street. Possible to park your car just outside. Pleasant (Italian) breakfast including sweet pastry, yoghurt, cappuccino and lovely figs from the garden. Though Claudio doesn’t speak much English, and we don’t know much Italian, we managed to have some really engaging conversations after breakfast. Really lovely staff. Will be back if we’re going back to Otranto.

The bedroom is very dated, clean but smelly of ageing, the bathroom is private but out of the bedroom so I had to go all the way down the hall, lock both doors after leaving one or the other, and repeat in case I had forgotten anything.. it was a bit of a pain tbh :/ But the real problem is the owner, an arrogant man too full of himself, pretending to be famous in town, willing to control what you visit and getting offended in case you want to explore attractions in nearby towns. On top of that, he offered to give me breakfast half an hour earlier the next morning so I could catch a bus, and completely ignored it the next morning. When I called him to ask about my paid breakfast, he called me a liar pretending his offer never existed. To cut a long story short, I left without having breakfast and insulted by that egocentric little man. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.

The terrace has a good view, the bedroom and the bathroom have a good size.
